Property Ratings at Park Place (Reno)
This place is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. All neighbors are extremely friendly and take wonderful care of their areas. Animals are calm, and everyone is very friendly. It is a 'hidden' gem. Small complex with the ability to walk to the park or up to breakfast restaurants, gym, etc... Car wash next to complex as well. Units are a wonderful size, and very sound-proof. Lots of windows and high end appliances such as gas stoves and granite counters. Melissa the community director is absolutely wonderful and on-top of it all. Would recommend to anyone who likes a quiet and well-maintained complex with friendly neighbors. Thank you, Melissa and team for all you do!
