Overall not a bad place to live, the management are very big on making sure everyone is feeling safe, just seems my service request on anything else really gets ignored, constant problems with plumbing and electrical, heating works pretty good but no on the A/C.

Park place at 92nd has a lot of possibilities but the management doesnt seem to care. If apartments werent so expensive elsewhere, I would be moving when my lease is up, but unfortunately Im stuck here.

I moved into the Park Place apartments in March of 2020 and I must say that their previous reviews are an accurate description of their service. The property management staff is not friendly, rarely gets back to you, and is frankly unprofessional. I have a total of 4 work orders dating all the way back to July that has still not been taken care of yet. The staff has their personal pets running around the main office, I have seen 3 rats on the property (not exaggerating) and there is a lack of communication between property management staff and residents. In addition, I've seen homeless people sleeping on the floor in the laundry room and multiple residents have complained about issues with car theft! I will not be renewing my lease with Park Place because they are overpriced for the number of issues you have to deal with!

My advice is to find another place to live. This place does not care about their residents. I lived there for three years and watched this place turn in to a chaotic mess. I can't tell you how many times I put in a maintenance request that never got started/ finished. There was one day my furnace went out and Marlen at the front desk told me to basically take care of it myself. I called the 24 hour maintenance who told me he was on his way. He never showed up and stop answering the 24 hour maintenance number. The main office also never answers their phone, and if you leave a voicemail, they will not call you back. When I moved out, a little old lady came up to me and said "I hope you are moving out and not in." She also had a long list of complaints and we had a nice moment comparing stories of how awful this place has treated us. This place has shown me time and time again that they do not care about their residents.

Apartments are a bit over priced for the area... office staff is great but the property is dirty maintenance is slow to address issues which there are many of due to the age of the buildings crime and car theft is also an issue in the area and there are only cameras near the office not at the back of the property

Park Place at 92nd is a light in the dark. I searched and saw so many apartment complex's and Park Place at 92nd was 100% time better. The staff is also very nice and approachable. They are there to answer your questions and guide you.

Connie in the office is super helpful. Overall I enjoy my apartment, but sometimes the amount of time spent waiting for repairs can be disappointing

Place sucks. They never fixed basic problems from the day I moved in, I was towed the first week I lived here, and was never reimbursed for the $300 tow bill. The rent is a lie, you monthly bill will be at least $100 more a month as they see fit to jack you on imaginary fees, and the place has roaches. Generally its dirty, trash is always laying around outdoors. This place is basically the text book definition of slum. Do not move here.

Work has yet to be completed, overall satisfactory with living here is a negative for me. I am 21 and have worked in the customer service industry for 4 years. I am disappointed in the service I continue to receive from this apartment complex. Service issues are unavoidable to an extent but every time I call I am spoken to like it was my fault or I am a burden to the front office staff. They have absolutely no empathy for the residents when my AC has been broken for m o n t h s. I have a service dog and its been impossible to even perform tasks because its been 85 in my apartment for m o n t h s. If I had the energy or time I would sue for the multiple issues I have had including my windshield being continuously shattered by the kids in the complex. I have called about my AC since June and they have been notified before that. Fixed or not the staff has such an ugly attitude about every little thing its very disappointing. The new maintenance men have been incredibly nice as I know that its not the maintenance men fault for how the office staff interacts. I will not live or recommend this place to anyone. I would suggest having a service meeting with your team to create an actual sense of community. Kindness gets you so much further than treating your residents the way you do. I could even look past the fact that Ive been calling about these issues for 4 months now if your staff just smiled, was kind or even possibly cared about anyone but they are continuously bothered by everything. Even the fact that they lost my apartment key and I personally had to make and pay for another one to give them so they could complete the services they have yet to even complete. Very disheartening.

This is a horrible place to live apartments are not in good conditions they are not the same as the pictures they have on the website. office staff are really rude and always have a bad attitude they are racist and lazy they dont do their job is easier to talk to the city to come and fix what ever is needed on your apartment. there is no Maintenance staff in here you have to figure out when you need something. Really bad office staff and horrible apartments. please don't waist your money or time on here.

The community has been good no issues and the office staff has been great. The office is always helpful the maintenance guys are great. I love the area it's close to everything and 20 min from work.

Dont be fooled by online photos! The front office staff are rude and lazy; they refuse to empower themselves to resolve issues. Laundry room is constantly filthy. The apartment I lived in was cheap, and smelled like smoke with wavy, uneven floors the felt like they would collapse at any minute.

Staff is amazing
When I first viewed the apartment i opened a cupboard door and it broke. I had been told this unit had been upgraded. I was told it would be fixed before I moved in. The day I moved in I checked to see if it had been fixed and it hadnt. I called the office and they sent someone over that day. I was impressed, even though it should have been fixed in the month before I moved in. They fixed a few other things that needed repair, even though I was told it was move in ready that day. Over all I really like my little apartment, especially how I decorated the space but not thrilled with the lackadaisical attitude of the staff.
