The southern end of Paddock Road is filled with warehouses and business parks, while the northern portion of the neighborhood is residential. Paddock Road has a variety of affordable to moderately priced apartments, making it a great option for anyone seeking lower cost options without being too far from the city. The staff is friendly and willing to take their time to talk to you and make sure you understand the situation. Overall it’s not the newest and has a few problems but it’s a great value for the price.

I like my apartment complex because it is centrally located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants and the Interstate as well. The manager is awesome and so are the people in the office and the maintenance crew. They have beautiful flowering trees and bushes all over the property. I've been here for a little over a year and would recommend it.
