I love living here! it’s close to everything, I feel safe, maintenance is amazing, we just pray our rent doesn’t go up so much at end of lease, us seniors don’t want to move but are forced to with high renewals, please work with us.

Overall I really like living here at Park Lane so far! The floor plan is great! The amenities are just what I was looking for. The atmosphere is laid back and pleasant. The office staff have been very kind and helpful.

Absolutely recommend! The staff all knows exactly what they're doing, and are all very friendly and helpful with anything we need. Maintenance works quickly to get problems resolved and is quick to inform if we need to do anything else.

I absolutely enjoy and love living at Park Lane Village. I have lived here previously 2 different times before and never had a issue or concern. Staff is wicked friendly and professional and always willing to go above and beyond. Work orders area always addressed and attended to in a very timely manner with them being completed. Only issue I would have, is that some residents don't clean up after their dog and they let them go to the bathroom around the complex instead of walking them to the dog park to do their business there. Other then that. I really enjoy staying at Park Lane.

I've been a resident going on 11 years. I love my apartment. Park Lane Village is in a great location. Everything I may need is close by, as is I-15. Our Service Team is the best. They take great care of me. I live a comfortable life here at Park Lane Village.

I’m so glad I chose to move to Utah, specifically Farmington and Park Lane Village. I’ve been grateful to meet the Staff, Management, and Maintenance team. Holly, Janessa, Karla, and Valerie are all really fine people who have been very helpful in helping me throughout my moving process - even many weeks before moving here from another state. The Maintenance Supervisor, Chris, has been a blessing in assisting me as I settle in and needed some adjustments in my home. I’m digging my new home and the people I’m meeting here.

I have loved living at Park Lane Village. The team is always so friendly and helpful. They do special things every once in awhile, like breakfast for their tenets. It's a great location with wonderful amenities! The apartments are spacious and beautiful! Absolutely perfect for me and my husband!

Park Lane is an amazing property! It’s in a great location, he grounds are beautiful great amenities and their business manager and the rest of her staff has always been nothing but nice to me and my family! I 100% recommend renting here!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The apartments are so roomy. The placement is perfect. Right next to EVERYTHING. And the staff is great, Devree is so nice and helpful with all questions!

Park Lane Village is beautiful, inside and out. It’s a great location. The gym and mail room is close by and convenient. So far, we love it!

The aparment complex is very celan and quiet and is located right across from Station Park where there is plenty of shopping and food.

I love this community. It's well maintained, the leasing office team is prompt and friendly, the area is ideal (right next to station park), and my pup loves the dog park!

Park Lane is s great place. The staff here are so nice and friendly. They are always willing to listen and understand any issues and are quick to get things resolved. I love the resident events they host; it makes it feel like a real community and home. They are also so close to everything. Station Park is right across the street asking with a ton of great food places. I love being so close but also far enough that the crowds and traffic aren't an issue.

Park Lane Village is a beautiful community! I love all of the green space and huge dog park. The staff is awesome and I've had nothing but great interactions with them. Highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment.

Park lane village has been amazing for my fiancé and I. We were able to have steady communication with the leasing office which was amazing since we were moving in from out of state, and the amenities are amazing.
