The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Hill
The Park Hill staff was very helpful and friendly during move in. They made it an organized, easy, and pleasant experience. Park Hill is also vey well maintenanced and the lobby study area is one of my favorite spots in the building.
Great apartment and has a lot for the low price it offers, definitely best second year housing I’ve had. Would recommend it to any new people looking to apply.
I’m about to move in and Park Hill has been very informative! They have sent many emails about the move in process. I'm super excited to live here for the next year.
Park Hill has great amenities, their maintenance is very quick and great service as well! Being close to a bus stop and campus is a great plus as well. I enjoy living here and recommend to others!

As an upcoming resident, my experience renting with Park Hill was amazing. One of their workers—Vivian—actually reached out directly to me by phone after seeing my incomplete application, letting me know which units were available and how soon I should finish applying to ensure a spot. Each time I called thereafter, she remembered who I was and was a major, major help. Overall, she made the leasing process a total breeze for me and my parents! Moving forward, Park Hill's Resident Portal has been very easy to navigate and a great aid to have on-hand.

Park Hill has a lot of events most of the time that are really fun and show that they care. The lounge area is laid out very nicely and I love their package lockers. A few complaints are bugs and the AC not being turned on for a while, but aside from that it’s a nice apartment.
