These are charming 1 BR units in a red brick retro building designed by our grandfather and built by our father. The property is still family owned and operated today. This particular unit has a new kitchen: self closing cabinets, granite countertop, dishwasher and built in microwave and a new bathroom. It's a second floor unit with views of Brookside Park, the Trolley Trail and South Plaza area. It has a wonderful view and in a superb area! No dogs or cats. The apartments are conveniently located in a quiet Brookside neighborhood overlooking a park. Close to The Plaza, the Nelson Atkins Museum, just south of UMKC, and by the bus line at the corner of the park. Enjoy the Trolley Trail at the bottom of the hill.
