The Block, located west of the city of Orange, provides area residents with a wide selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment to choose from. Still referred to as The Block by residents, this mall now goes by the name the Outlets at Orange and attracts patrons from all over the Southern California area. Nearby freeways provide easy access to the Orange County and Los Angeles areas, including the mountains to the east and beaches to the west. Needs more professional fixing, not fully gated, someone breaks into cars too many times
My family and I have lived in this apartment community for 6 years now. When we first moved we were very happy with the complex. It was quite; very well kept/clean; the entire staff was very attentive to our needs and prompt in filling our requests. However, within the last 2 years the environment has completely turned around. The grounds are very dirt and unkept; the staff are very rude; requests take many days to be filled (ie; we had the lights out in our restroom,special bulbs,for 4 days until they finally came to replace them). We pay for security, but cars are constantly being broken into; the noise level at night is ridiculous. We are looking to move to a different community.
