Property Ratings at Park Avenue Lofts
We just moved into the residence. Lynisa was awesome, where she gave us a virtual tour and answered all of our questions in a respectful/kind manner. The apartment was better than we expected (virtual tour) and very clean. We really appreciate our location, as it is close to everything we need (e.g., Target, gym, among others). Additionally, our neighbors have been very welcoming to two people moving out of state. My partner and I are very happy to be living in this community.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. The staff is the least customer oriented group of people I have had to deal with. I was not able to move into my apartment the day that my lease started because I guess some of the staff wanted to start their weekend early and not stay for full hours. I was forced to get an expensive hotel at the last minute while also pulling a UHaul from out of state. The next morning when finally given a key I was not even pointed in the direction of the actual building where my apartment. I get there and they key does not work as well not being given a mailbox key till 40 days later! After having taken up my grievances with management multiple times, the situation was never reconciled in any sort of way. Hence why the staff has had multiple turn overs. I hope that they learn a lesson in proper customer service soon!!!
I am a current resident and the pictures and amenities are not worth the things you will have to deal with here. The front desk staff is incompetent upon move in, they were unprepared with documents and when asked questions about the billing and utilities they seemed unsure of these major things. This building was built poorly and you can hear everything above you. I can hear their conversations, bathroom visits, and them waking because the floors were poorly installed. The surrounding area is noisy and you are open to crime and random people in your backyard because there are no gates seperating strangers from your bldg. The gym is nonexistent so you are forced to get an LA Fitness membership and the pest definitely make their presence known. Don’t move here!
I lived here from 2013-2017 and my overall my experience has been very positive, even through the change in management. Great location, and very responsive staff. The area is a double edged sword in Little Rock with high crime areas being so close. During my stay there were several vehicle break ins and questionable tenets. However, if location is important to you (or you work at one of the three major hospitals in LR) this place is perfect and I highly recommend it with the positives heavily outweighing the negatives. Decent amenities like free coffee in the lounge and LA fitness, target, and multiple restaurants in walking distance/short driving distance away. Only complaint is I wish they would have gated the upper parking deck, as originally planned.
I am resident of this fabulous apartment. I love to drink cocoa and the clubhouse has free cocoa. I love my resident manager “heather” she always gets back to me with any questions I may have. This is a New York style of living (which I originated from), hardwood floors, fitness center in the bldg., and a very classy clubhouse. I feel safe here, security car is always outside. I just wish I could paint walls without a fee, because I would do some contrast walls to match my décor, but other than that, it all perfect!!! The rent may go up or down just a tab depends on how much water one use. But this apartment is free of any bugs!!! I am not a pet lover but they do allow pets in the bldg. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that affords this style because it is worth every penny!! The one thing I would change if I could would be a mailbox slot to drop your rent when the building is closed, it would be more convenient for a person like I.

H...Happy are the residents and staff who call Park Avenue Lofts home. We have planned activities to bring us together for good times. They are constantly working to improve perfection. Saving us money within our community and making life easier. O...One of a kind in Central Arkansas! M...Many are the amenities that we enjoy. Our loft home comes in various spacious floor plans with rich dark floors, controlled access, and individual security system. The smallest is large enough for an entry way, living room, dining area, and bedroom. Bathrooms and closets are large and accommodating. Kitchens are huge offering an enormous amount of cabinets and storage above and track lighting. Bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling fans with lights. Laundry area comes with full size washer and dryer in every home. Ceilings are tall making the wall area huge for decorating. Trash and recycling area on every floor. We have elevators! Stairs for those who are health conscious. Also a workout center and our large stylish club lounge features WiFi, HD television, and daily coffee/hot tea. They love our pets as much as we do. E...Each of us enjoy the beautifully decorated exterior. Outdoor area with tables and chairs, water pond with lights and fountains, trees and plants galore. Oh my goodness! The large resort style swmming pool and area are so beautiful and relaxing. Or Cook out on the grill and watch the big screen. This is truly the most awesome place to live and call home.

These apartments are fantastic!! They are located within walking distance to some of my favorite stores (target and park plaza mall) and places to eat!!! My family and I could not be happier with our decision to live here!! The staff is willing to help in anyway that they can!! If you're looking for fabulous place in Little Rock look no further!!!

This so far seems to be a great place to live for me and my eight year old son. It is a hardwood floor studio, great atmosphere. Since I don't own a vehicle, it's close to a lot of places that me and my son can walk to; without going great deals out of the way. Security seems to be great and the staff so far seems pleasant or rather friendly. I love the small kitchen area, where me and my son can try to bake. The lounge area is pleasant as well, to just sit and relax; especially if you want to get a free cup of coffee or a snack out of the vending machine. So far, this seems to be a great area to walk around; especially if you are one of those early morning people like me that enjoys to see the sun rise. To each is own, but I like to fix it up to have a touch of Paris; and that's what I get in my mind, a little sense of Paris.

I love the modern feel of my apartment, it has a big city feel to it. But yet very comfortable and inviting. Plus it has great pool and exercise facilities.
