Property Ratings at Park at Towne Lake Apartments
The attention to detail in this community is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend it for living any more highly. Perfect choice to feel safe and cared for.
There could not be a more well cared for community on the state!
The apartments appear nice, but looks can be deceiving. The appliances are cheap. The countertops are laminate. The floors a vinyl. Even though it is updated, it still feels very dated. I constantly hear noise from the neighbors above me, and the agents have been less than helpful in resolving the issues. This hasn’t been a great place to live.
I actually like the area and the convenience of being able to hop on the highway. For the most part it is a nicely kept complex with exception of some areas. Lastly, is the noise level of people above you, but I understand that's a part of living in an apartment building.
Have lived here many years and although times have changed, the office personnel have always been there to help in anyway they can.
Park at Towne Lake is comfortable. Beautiful care and maintenance of the grounds. Interior is clean and freshly painted with up to date appliances in an efficient kitchen. Employees are always willing to help and are very pleasant.
I am a new resident and from the front office to maintanance with the way I have been treated, it seems as though I have been here for a very long time. I am so proud that I decided to make Park at towne Lake my new home.
This is a very quiet community close to everything you need.
I have really enjoyed living here! The staff is always so nice and willing to help with any concerns and maintenance/trash service is always excellent as well! would highly recommend this community!
I have loved having BH Management Services in our apartment complex, they are very professions and respond with pleasure! I did some research on Management Company's before moving here, it is a great apartment with many features that are upgraded inside the apt. A apartment complex is only as good as the Management Team, and this one is great!
Awesome place to live. The community and staff are awesome. Close to Downtown Woodstock restaurants, bars, shopping etc. This is a prime location for relaxation and fun.
Office staff is excellent as well as Maintenance!!! Grounds are always clean as well as breezeways.
Very pleased w/how beautifully maintained the property is maintained. Great management who show they genuinely care for the residents. Love it here!
I have loved living at the apartments, the staff have always been very helpful and eager to help with any concerns I have had.
I have been here for quite a while now and really enjoy living here. I feel safe and secure and comfortable here.
Love my apt. And staff is always so very helpful. My apartment is very spacious , and peaceful, along with being centrally located to all business that I need to make life comfortable.
It has been an awesome 2 years with this community. I would highly recommend.
I have always received prompt response to maintenance request
Park at Towne lake is a beautiful community! The staff is nice and maintenance is very fast and efficient.
The floor plans are spacious, rent rates are incredibly affordable, the community is great, and it is very quiet to live here.
I love it here. All the staff becomes just like family. They are very helpful when needed. Quite pleasant and friendly.
As a new resident I have been very pleased with the management team in resolving my maintenance request. I also am very happy with my new apartment. It has been incredible to join this community.
Management is rude. Maintenance does not repair promptly and leaves you without heat and ask now AC for days
I received prompt service even though it was a Sunday- electrical problem with circuit breaker. Reset the first time, however, next morning same problem arose. Called and received prompt service with result finding it was the outside breaker deemed to be replaced- part was purchased and maintenance supervisor and fill in maintenance toke care of the problem. I have lived at this complex for many years -great office personnel and also great maintenance response.
Ive loved living here. We just signed our third lease here. My only complaint is that our next door and neighbors above us can be loud late. I cant imagine if I hear them walking around those below us can hear the same. Its still been excellent from the staff to the well kept grounds.
Beautiful community, outside of buildings seem to be well taken care of. Inside the kitchens are updated and spacious, love the crown molding and faux hardwood. Only thing about the floors is the painters left spots and smears and be careful if someone lives above you. There is a noise factor which is probably more pronounced due to the hard wood flooring
Love my apartment..very spacious. The management are always ready to help in any way and in a timely matter! I research the management company before I rented the apartment. A complex is only as good as the management...
My overall experience has been great. I moved here from Pennsylvania and was unable to physically see the property. I made my decision based solely off of reviews and my experience with Kambria and Tiffany. The community exceeded my expectations. Most of my concerns were quickly addressed. This is my 1st apartment ever so I was really nervous. My apartment here is the same square footage as my 2 br 2.5 ba Townhome I just left and I like this much better. So far Im very happy here.
Got horrific noisy neighbors & management refuses to shut them up!!!
Roaches everywhere Management is awful . My gues bedroom bathrooms mirror is framed in wood and about 15 times the frame has come off the wall and they keep gluing it back on. I have bulbs out in closets that have been requested to replace still not done. They treat their tenets like its assited living and the rules are ridiculous. A younger guy pushed a elderly man in the pool and the next week they had that same guy who asaulted an elderly person cater their pool. There's been several break ins and we got a letter stating keep your doors locked instead of making security better, but they did hire security for the pool if you didn't have a wrist band on. They have sent several people to collections after they filed insurance for damage to apartments (fraud)... Just all together this is the worst community i have lived in and for the expenses .... very dissatisfied . And I can't laberate anymore about the roaches . But it's awful I'm embarrassed to have guest over bc they come out of our facets.
This is the first online review I've written for anything, and I felt compelled to do so simply to confirm what others here have recently said. The Park was a nice place to live two years ago, now the place is a total dump. Dog poop and roaches litter the grounds, and even after several complaints from multiple residents, they continued to leave a large construction dumpster sitting in the middle of the parking lot for almost two years now. It's constantly full of trash from lazy residents that won't take their garbage to the proper place. The "valet" trash service even uses it to dump the garbage they've just picked up, even through they're not supposed to do that. The result is an overflowing, foul smelling mountain of trash sitting in the parking lot and spilling garbage into the surrounding areas. We are paying premium prices for this area to live here, and to have these kinds of conditions present with current rent rates is completely unacceptable. If they listened to the complaints of the residents and addressed these issues, I wouldn't be writing this review.
We moved here 3 years ago and have never regretted it. The ladies in the office have always been extremely easy to work with. Whenever we have a maintenance issue they usually show up that day and are very nice. The office had a meeting with residents and 2 police officers to review with us how to be safe and they even said this was an extremely safe place to live. No place is free from crime nowadays. The pool has recently been redone and it's gorgeous. We know quite a few neighbors by name because we are like one big family and we know it will stay that way. Fantastic place to live !!!!!
I've lived here for about 8 years and each year it's gotten worse. They are insane for charging as much as they do. You don't even get anything good for that price. The grounds suck. The dog park is a joke. The area where they keep the recycle bins by the car wash is always dirty. The maintenance team have a garage that's attached to the car wash and it's always a mess. They can't keep the dumpster clean and it stinks allllllll the time. Now they aren't even emptying it. They've just put caution tape around it and added another dumpster next to it. It's incredibly embarrassing and just plain gross. They had the breeze ways "pressured washed" which is a joke bc it didn't clean anything. The people that work in the office are very jerky and rude. They got rid of the business center a while ago and I went in the office to borrow their computer, for 5 mins. The woman was so rude to me and acted like I was a total imbecile. I hated calling the office for maintenance issues because they always talked down to me. Most of the time it took several times to get issues fixed. It's just gone down hill and I can tell more and more people are moving out. This place is a dump!
The best management team we've had in the 7 years I've lived here. They listen to our needs and respond expeditiously. The maintaince team is wonderful. The new policy changes are going to help keep the residents safe and continue to keep this a wonderful family community. Thank you for your daily efforts to make this a great place to live
For years this has been a great place to live. This place has gone downhill recently and it is due to the confrontational attitude of the management team, along with newer residents that have an agenda to control what is going on. There was an altercation at the pool and involved 2 individuals and now they have banned drinking at the pool for everyone. That is just the last straw here. The management have encouraged tenants to take pictures of other residents if they think the resident is doing something wrong. This has caused a great deal of animosity among residents. They are implementing an arm band policy at the pool where everyone has to wear one while at the pool, including guests who also have to give out their personal information. The management group has also been sending out threatening letters for infractions that may or may not have happened, threatening us with fines, and banning us use of amenities that we pay a lot to use. There is a large group of us here that are seriously considering another location once our leases are up. We are being treated horribly here lately and with the amount of rent we pay it just isn't being handled correctly. If the management treated us like people instead of a product things would be better, why not just come talk to us personally about anything that may have happened? Using threats and fines is no way to treat a customer, and we are customers..this is how you lose business. So now about the place itself, there are hundreds of fire ants everywhere among the grounds, roaches that outnumber the residents 10-1, my kids starting naming them. Bugs everywhere, broken patio furniture at the pool, grills are falling apart, and there have been break ins of cars and at least one apartment. Like I said this place has gone downhill fast.
There was an incident between two adults last weekend and because of that all the residents received an email informing us that alcohol is now banned from the pool. They should punish the individuals involved and not the rest of us. We pay alot to live here, it use to be amazing. I would tell everyone they should move here but not anymore! We are adults and now there are quite a few of us that won't be renewing our lease. As the 4th of July approaches we will now not be allowed to enjoy a cold beer while grilling and enjoying the pool. This management team seems to make rules on the fly. I'm not sure the corporate office has any idea, but they should. Very dissatisfied.
They have seriously gone wayyy down hill. Worst Apartment complex I've ever seen. BUGS WERE EVERYWHERE. we had our apartment cleaned 2 times a month by a maid and we are very clean people. still had roaches coming out of the walls. very inept management team. 29 service requests in 2 years. also the property manager is a horrible human. I would not recommend anyone every living here. She literally laughed when I told her we woke up to bugs crawling on our bed and said "that's Georgia". No lady it is not.
I moved in to Park at Towne Lake because of the location. It is within walking distances to a few good restaurants, a movie theater, and some shopping. It is also right off the interstate making my commute to work or into Atlanta or up to the mountains very quick and easy. It is close to an outlet mall and other great shopping, grocery stores, and downtown Woodstock. I couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment itself is a remodeled 1 bedroom with laminate flooring throughout with carpet in the bedroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances, laundry hookup, dark kitchen cabinets, updated counter-tops, and an updated bathroom with a garden tub. The amenities are pretty good. They have remodeled quite a bit, remodeling the gym to make it bigger and better, the pool has cabanas and two pretty good sized stainless steel grills for residents to use. There is a public laundry facility that I was pretty impressed with. There is a bark park for my two four-legged friends. I haven't had a problem with the management, everyone I've interacted with has always been very nice and polite and personable. I have heard some horror stories, though, but I've never experienced anything first hand. Every maintenance request was completed very quickly, and I have had a few: my ac went out in the middle of summer and I had a few issues with my dishwasher. The maintenance workers have always been very friendly and it's not uncommon for me to stop and chat with them while out walking my dogs. All-in-all, I have enjoyed living here. I have made a lot of friends with my neighbors and have never had a problem with anyone in the year I've lived here.
The Park at Towne Lake is a good community. It is quiet and well maintained. The only complaint is it is over priced for what middle class people can afford. Rent for just two bedrooms is the same as a mortgage payment.
