I’ve been living in this apartment building for the past 3 years, and it’s been an absolutely excellent experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. The building is well-maintained and feels like home. One of the biggest highlights is the location — it’s convenient, safe, and close to everything I need. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment.

It is a good apartment complex and the location is really good. Management people are really responsive. The apartment has hardwood floors which could be polished for a smoother finish and the garage access control could be managed via button based fob. Overall good apartment complex. Would definitely recommend.

I have lived here since 2018, and it is because the location and overall amenities work for me well. It is perfectly situated between Harris Teeter and Whole Foods, a minute's walk from all the dining and shopping, steps from the Pentagon City Metro, minutes to DCA, and a quick 10 minute walk to Crystal City Water Park area. It has a great rooftop gym, friendly staff and respectful residents. Love it!

Quiet and clean. Trash is easily taken out and I've never ran out of hot water.

There are enough things in the world to worry about--I love having a home where I don't have to worry about anything. At Courtland at National Landing, they take care of the home, and I can focus on work and family.
I’ve been living in this building for four years, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff here are incredibly kind and always go out of their way to assist with any concerns. Their professionalism and friendliness make this place feel like home. The location is perfect—everything I need is just a short walk away, from shops and cafes to public transport. It really doesn’t get more convenient than this! The apartments themselves are bright and airy, with plenty of natural light that makes each day feel warm and welcoming. It’s truly a great place to live.
The attitude towards residents is very disrespectful, especially when the system bill is not clear, they strongly order residents to pay rent immediately with an extremely disrespectful attitude. This makes people feel very offended, and they keep passing the buck. No one here is willing to show respect for residents, especially Maecy
The building has had a number of issues over the years, from leaks to pest control, but management has been aggressive in mitigating them and everything is solid now. In a way, it's preferable to living in a place where you don't know how the management will respond; here, you know they're on top of things and take your concerns seriously. Since I've lived here, they've replaced the washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, faucets, and fridge. The pool is gorgeous, the fitness center is clean and well-maintained, and the store in the lobby has an astonishing variety of things. But what makes this building worth living in is the front desk staff and maintenance staff, who are patient, responsive, and effective.
I reside at the Park at Pentagon Row in Arlington, VA. I am one of the first original tenants of the building having moved there in April 1990 when the top floors were still being built. I highly recommend this apartment complex as I believe I can accurately attest to the many amenities and outstanding service. The building is located in Pentagon City in a safe neighborhood with walkable access to the Fashion Centre Mall and the Pentagon City Metro Station (both 2 minutes away). Numerous shopping, entertainment and eating venues abound. It's a high rise red brick building with 16 attractively tiered floors. Prospective tenants can choose from a selection of efficiencies and 1 and 2 bedroom homes. The building has a 24-hour concierge service, and the maintenance staff is very helpful with same day turnaround. All the apartments are well sized, designed and built with individual balconies, a stacked washer/dryer and wall-to-wall carpeting. There is an on-site convenience store, dry cleaning service, underground parking, storage, fitness center, rooftop swimming pool and deck, business center and a large reading room/library. The building has an on-line website where you can pay rent in addition to submitting classified ads and maintenance requests. The yearly rent increases are modest and negotiable and you can save even more if you sign a two year lease. It's a great place to call "home"!
He runs a great town home here. It's across the street from Costco and the Metro all the while being a quick walk from Crystal Dr and 23rd St with all the eateries there. It has a pool and the best part is Frank, the Landlord, always there for the quick response and the efficient fix.
