Park at Arlington

My family has been here just over 2 months and we are happy with the property. The application process was quick and the move on was smooth. Our unit is spacious and accommodating. The staff is courteous and answers any questions I have quickly. We enjoy the pool, weight room and game room. So far this is great. Close to shopping and schools and HWY 20 so the commute to work is convenient. Great choice.

The staff is incredibly rude! Constantly raising rent. THERE ARE NO BALCONIES even though it says it on the site!!! They do not deep clean apartments like they claim they do upon you moving in!

Amazing Apartments with Luxurious amenities, spacious rooms with all utilities and quick services as needed.

The staff is very nice and respectful. They respect your wishes when asked for apartment not to be entered. YH

The office personnel shows courtesy and is very quick in their dealings with issues I have which is not much. Earnest and Ray were on top of things for me when I lost my mailbox keys. Thanks, Guys. Good job!.

I visited the property based off of reviews..You never get an answer when calling..You can leave messages without a return call..I would never have someone staffed with the title Manager that does not live up to company standards..Unprofessional to the fullest degree..My husband and I were very interested in renting there..We were promised a phone for availability...No phone call as of yet...Keep going and don't waste your time...I plan to reach out to the corporate office to enlighten them on how things are ran at their complex..

I had an issue with my daughter's bathroom and Ernest came straight from the office to see what the problem was. He later came back with the Ray who is a great maintenance technician to resolve the problem. I really appreciate them resolving my maintenance issue in a timely matter.

All the reviews you see here are lies. They ask us to lie about this place. It’s really a horrible place to live. The staff is very disrespectful. They don’t do people’s work orders. I was in heat for over a month. My apartment needs a lot of upgrades and they aren’t doing anything although I signed my lease for the upgrades. Anna is the most disrespectful one. I sit in the office and watch her watch the phone ring and don’t answer it. Or she hangs up on residents and then talks bad about them when she gets off the phone with them and say they are annoying and she can’t wait for them to move out. They don’t even treat their employees right. Work orders keep piling up because the employees that do the maintenance keep quitting. Please don’t waste your time or money coming to live in this community. You still be stuck in something for a year that you are going to absolutely hate

It was just my child & myself that was in a desperate need of a place to stay, I walked in the office & got greeted by two of the most precious ladies, that helped me all the way to get in to my apt., the apt was very nice, enjoyed my stay there & the office mangers never forgot about me, that meant a lot-! Great place-!

My apartment is infested with termites, exterminator came but the damage is already done, holes everywhere. The paint is cheap, the carpet is old and dirty with water leaks under it, the bathroom has mold that continues to come ack because ofbthe putdated tiling n the shower. The windows hve mold and are old and ceilings leak water when ever it rains. There are no knobs on my cabinets so paint gets under my nails daily. The refrigerator they replaced my old one with is old and nasty. The front door does not bve a proper weather strip regardless of how many times I complained to management, and bugs come through the hole. Overall, looks great on the outside, but they have to renovate otherwise I may as well live in crack apartments. But very quiet complex.

I have been a resident since Jan 2018 and over the last 6 months, my experience has been impeccable. Ms. Shandra is such an awesome manager over our community. There is now consistent communication to residents, monthly community activities and an overall solid leadership from the staff!!! I would definitely recommend this community to those in search of a safe, clean, superior maintained place to call home. When you enter the leasing office, I'm now, always approached with a helping hand and genuine smile. I have witnessed with my own eyes, Ms. Shandra, picking up trash, all in an effort to keep our community clean and beautiful.....now that's what you call teamwork, loyalty and dedication!!!! I look forward to coming home every evening!!!!

The New Management team are fair unfortunately when change takes place everyone will not be on board. The new management team and maintenance team take pride in this community. They ensure the trash is picked up and the work orders are completed in a timely manner. Everytime I have in encounter an issue, the leasing office has always solved it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The management & maintenance is rude , disrespectful, untrustworthy . They don’t do they job and when they do it’s the wrong way. They don’t give you the proper paper work when asked , they change the “rules & lease” whenever they feel like it ,. They’ll put a “final notice” on your day saying they “they told you or sent letters before this one” just so they can kick you out or make you pay more .The maintenance guys are disrespectful & nasty . They will walk into your apartment without any notice or you being there . They harass the kids for playing in the field / park , they have camera’s , undercover cops , armed security here 24/7 & its not for our safety meanwhile they don’t respond to any work orders . We’re basically paying to live in jail , the pool has never been open .

Beware! The manager and her assistant is very ruthless , underhanded ,rude, have very bad memories and are pathological liars! Yes,they are remodeling and sprucing up the exterior and interior of the complex , unfortunately, we need a much more reliable management team when it comes to our work orders and things being done on time. I do not recommend these apartments or tnis area for anyone to live in at this time and if you do beware of the management team because they are not who they appear to be at all.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex to rent from in Covington GA . You would be doing yourself a disservice by paying these people to stay in this establishment. They have unprofessional staff, from the management on down. Maintenance goes into your apartment(s) and takes your things. The tenants play shoot up for fun outside of the complex. The cops are always coming to find out who is shooting in the area. I have had to call the police in regards to the shooting in the apartment complex personally. Someone has been shot and killed already at this location. The management is horrible my ceiling was leaking water from the upstairs apartment for months before they would even come to see it or fix it. They had to come in and reinstall the carpeting and remove panel from the wall to completely fix it due to mold and my small children that reside within the residence. They do not care about the property location or its tenants. The trash sits outside for weeks at a time. You have animals and rodents walking around on the premises. The security gate is always broken so it is never a secure property as it should be. This is the absolute worst place that I have ever lived in my life. And when you try to leave they are just as uncooperative as they are when you have a maintenance issue. Good luck getting your security deposits or any records of your payments... A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.. AND MONEY>> YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF ANY WHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!!
