It use to be nice here, but now they charge for everything and don’t do any updates on the apartment. They go up on the rent every year and the community has a lot of roaches

Valet trash service is very unreliable — it hasn’t been picked up for three days! I don’t use it anymore. Most of the time, trash bags are scattered along the road, making the area look so dirty.The apartments are very old, with squeaky doors and outdated appliances. They really need a major renovation!There are too many pests crawling around every day (roaches, spiders, millipedes), even with repellents! we had to reschedule ourmove in date due to dead and alive roaches on the floor!! i would never recommend this place to my frens!

We have only lived here for a short period of time, but so far things have been going very well. The community is very lively and family friendly. We did have some issues when we moved in, but maintenance was pretty quick about coming out and assisting. I was quite impressed with how on top the office was with making sure that the issues got fixed. If things stay the way that they’re going I can definitely see us renewing our lease in the future.

The ground is well kept, the apartment is nice but I have only been here a few days and exterminators have been out twice to get rid of roaches. That’s a huge problem because they don’t seem to be going away. I am hoping this is a temporary problem

My move in has been great. K’Niqua in the office has been wonderful and so helpful. Maintenance took care of the few little items I request repairs for at move in almost immediately.

Maintenance has been great and super responsive to our long move in list of needed repairs. we appreciate it! We moved in late on a Saturday and came back Monday morning the the office and received a nice welcome from David. Thanks for a great unit and helping us get all settled in.

Good complex tic rent overall. All in leasing office as are helpful and nice, maintenance is timely. Only issue is enforcing poop areas and pick up-dog poop stench smell and visible.
