Downtown Bellevue hugs the coast of Lake Washington's Meydenbauer Bay, directly across the lake from Downtown Seattle. Bellevue is an award-winning city, with accolades like the best place to live and start a business. Downtown Bellevue is the heart of this popular city, housing many of the businesses, shops, and Downtown Park -- an emerald-green oasis covering 21 acres and featuring a promenade, shade trees, a canal, and a 240-foot-wide waterfall.
As the city's central business district, Downtown Bellevue covers only about 400 acres -- but it is densely populated with office buildings, hotels, entertainment venues, apartment buildings, and shops. Some of the neighborhood's largest employers include Expedia, Eddie Bauer, Concur, and Paccar. Microsoft, located in nearby Redmond, is the city's largest employer.
Bellevue Square contains a variety of shops and restaurants, while the Bravern is a mixed-use development containing offices, apartments, and shops.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park 88
Park 88 is nestled in the charming area of Old Town Bellevue, offering a peaceful and dreamy atmosphere. As soon as you step outside, the delightful scent of Molly Moon’s Ice Cream fills the air. The property is pet-friendly, with the park just steps away. From the moment I toured the property, to working with the amazing staff, every experience has been a pleasure. Claudia is incredibly helpful—whatever you need, she’s on top of it. Her work ethic is unmatched. I love Fadia’s energy; I’ve truly enjoyed our conversations. Edith, the manager, has a warm and welcoming presence that makes you feel right at home.
My partner and I lived at Park 88 with our dog Woofy for 16 months and got engaged while living here. We had a great time in large part thanks to the accommodating leasing staff, especially Par and Sally who always made sure we were on top of things. The property has an awesome rooftop deck and one of the highlights of living here is the community events that the leasing team hosts, including an annual rooftop BBQ, taco night and others. One of my favorite little amenities, which I've never seen at an apartment complex before, is the private resident access door to the Third Culture Coffee cafe which makes great drinks and tasty snacks. The location of this property is excellent and the park view in the 2 bedroom apartments is unmatched, especially for the annual Bellevue 4th of July show. We completely recommend Park 88 and would consider living here again.
