Property Ratings at Parc Gardens - 55 or Older Luxury Living
Office staff is rude and unqualified. Activities are ridiculous. They plan activities to bring in people to talk about planning to go to assisted living so that they provide the food. If Parc Garden‘s actually puts on an event, then you are supplied with a few things paid for by Parc Garden and people have to bring dishes to pass. and the food that is provided by Parc gardens is usually disgusting. There is mold and flooding in many of the apartments and repairs are slow to be completed. They are under staffed in the maintenance department. if you can find a working elevator you are lucky. Security hit and miss. A/C in the club house works periodically. Mold and mildew are everywhere.
Maintenance is horrible. Office staff rude and prejudicial to tenants. Planned activities are a joke. Mold in many apartments. Flooding in some apartments. Ground are not kept properly. Elevators constantly out and people in wheel chairs unable to get down to ground. Place is not well maintained. Security someone sitting in a car who leaves periodically to go to other properties. Problems with people stealing packages delivered to doors. Rents constantly going up. Less and less activities. Equipment in Pavillion removed and never replaced. People policed by rude staff.
Be sure to ask them for full disclosure about how many vehicles you can have and where your guests can park when they visit. They recently (December 2020) decided to assign parking spaces and are finding that they don't have enough to go around. Very nice staff in the front office, but very floor planning in the overall design and handling of the property by upper management.
