Access to local shops and restaurants adds to the neighborhood's appeal. The grounds are well maintained. The mangement do an excellent job by bringing different activties to get tenants involved and its a safe place to live. Its quiet and peaceful.

Parc Chateaux is a beautiful complex in a great location. First glance it's all rosy. However, be careful of trusting what management tells you and double check move out rules and cleaning costs in your lease. They made up policy and rules on the spot and gave untrue answers to simple questions, and failed to communicate changes to confirmed appointment times.

It's going to be nearly 2 years since I moved in. The staff is friendly, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. They have a great pool and gym which is well kept and so is the surroundings. A great neighborhood to live in. Come check out the place for yourself.

I will say to anyone wants to move to parc-chateaux to check carefully the apartment before moving into it , From the first day we moved in we had a problem with the water heater it makes a very scary noise ,we complain about it hundreds of times and no changes we lived with this problem for about 3 year ,and there's more other things. I think it was the previous manager faults, but i hope with the new management it is going to be much more better

The location is great. The area is safe. The apartment complex is tucked away from busy streets, but its very close to grocery stores, etc. Very dog friendly.

I put down a deposit before ever seeing the apartment. The location was lovely, the spot was quiet and Estefany helped me feel at ease about getting squared away by our move-in date. Additionally, my co-worker was moving cross-country looking for somewhere new to call home. I recommended she look into what was available here. She too loves her new home, she especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly and fairly quiet. However, we have both been enjoying the wildlife that is surprisingly easy to see from our balconies. From birds to deer to ducks to a few raccoon parties. All of this was an unexpected bonus. I only wish I could buy my apartment, the spot is ideal and within walking distance to hiking, dining and general shopping mayhem. Finding this place was one thing that went right in 2020!

Parc Chateaux is a place that you can call home. It's a friendly, safe environment for families especially if you have children. Walking trails are great the scenery is vantastic. The amenities are just right and when the pool and gym are open on a regular basis you can get your exercise and workout!
