Katie and the Parc at Broad River team has made this move transition for me smoothly. I’ve had so much anxiety leading up to my move in date and Katie ensured that I was taken cared of, and even reached out to ensure she was there to greet me and have all my stuff ready for me to grab my keys and get settled after my 15 hour drive. The Parc at Broad River apartments are beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the community is friendly and peaceful as I’ve enjoyed valet trash! I am currently a resident at PBR, I have lived in numerous apartment communities and have dealt with numerous management teams. I can say PBR’s management team and maintenance team are by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. The management team makes the application/move in process very easy and the maintenance team takes care of any request with easy and swiftness.

I struggled finding a place which would accept me and my pet dogs due to them being a bigger breed. I was happy to find out the Parc was able to accommodate us! The property has a dog park and even a free dog washing station! I am beyond happy with my experience here and would welcome anyone looking to consider looking here!

This has been such a great move. I was nervous with being new to the area. The staff, especially Cody, helped with the logistics of getting there and having all the things I needed. I needed a place in a new place fast, the Parc was able to meet that expectation and help me more then I could even imagine.

I walked in without an appointment because I just moved to Beaufort for a job and I was stressing out so bad on where I was going to live! Ashlynn welcomed me and showed me the model and I just fell in love with the community! Everything here just feels like you are at a resort! The staff are all so nice and maintenance is amazing here!

I have been a resident here since 2017 and consider The Parc my home. The apartments are lovely and the staff and management friendly and helpful. I originally planned this to be temporary while looking for a house. But, not having to worry about all upkeep and maintenance of a house, I decided The Parc was home.

We’ve lived at different apartments and Beaufort and ultimately came back to Parc cause the other apartments couldn’t beat the complex and the management. We love it here and will spend the rest of our PCS here at Parc. Kristen and her team are irreplaceable and really make this feel like home. Apartments are up to date and maintenance is always on top of things.

The staff is great everyone in the office is all welcoming. Brittany showed me around and explained everything properly. The place is beautiful I can't wait to move there next spring. I would highly recommend this place to anyone moving to the Beaufort area.

The quaint, historic town of Beaufort is located in the heart of The Low Country! This was our target in relocating 1,000 miles south from WNY. Our outstanding consultant, Jennifer, recognized our needs and desires. She found us a third-floor unit facing the mighty Broad River, providing us with a beautiful view of the water. Exactly what we were looking for! The staff is professional, attentive and friendly. They respond quickly to communication. We consider ourselves blessed to be residing here, and have friends who wish to follow our path!
