Great quiet complex (other than freeway noise ofcourse) large units, nice style and very conveniently located. Greystar is doing needed deferred Maintenance and improving the grounds and outside of buildings. Office staff always friendly and maintenance crew are efficient and timely when there is an issue.

I absolutely love it here at Paramount at Kingwood! The staff is always friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure I have a great experience every time. For the most part, my experience here has been good. A 2 bedroom has been affordable for me as a single person. The rent is barely raised each year. I’m super thankful for being able to afford this place so I can have a home!

I love the property it feels like home the residents are nice and the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The lady’s in the office are all nice, and very understanding and the maintenance gets there work done and makes the property nice. And along with my unit it’s beautiful just enough space storage and it doesn’t feel like an apartment it feels like a small home.

Great floor plans and updated interiors with lots ogpf storage space and larger balconies than the newer apartment complexes in the area. Close to everything and great walking trails/riding trails close by. Halfway between HEB, KROGERS, MOVIES ON THE NORTH AND MALL, Costco, Sam’s club and Walmart to the southwest.

Great apartments on the inside and maintenance is prompt. The outside curb appeal leaves a bit to be desired and needs regular clean up but everything else is good.

Paramount at Kingwood is a lovely, clean, place to live. Security issues are taken care of quickly, but there are not too many at this complex.

I have lived here at Paramount for many years. I really like the Graystar team, Brianna, and Ben in maintenance. I do believe the grounds could look better with dirt and new shrubs. Other than that I love my apartment just the way it is.

Have had multiple issues with ceilings that need to be repaired for over 6 months. Now that they know my lease is ending and they will need to fill the apartment, they want to "fix" the issues. When asked for a schedule of times and dates of when they will arrived, I have not received any information. They stop by unannounced and demand entry. This is not okay, nor is it safe and it surly isn't pleasant.

The initial process was easy and I appreciated that. I love the upgrades and the apartment homes are spacious. Parking is also good here.

We were moving from out of state and we saw over a dozen apartment buildings and Paramount was by far the best overall. The leasing office team (Catherine and Lia) was very helpful and professional during the process. From showing us the complex, answering all our questions, guiding us through the rental application and providing us with support even though we were still in another state. We highly recommend the property.

If you move here I suggest you get everything in writing upfront. Make sure all communications with all staff is in writing so you are not told different things from different people. Be sure that when you move in, you check your unit completely and keep all of your items secure. Between being misquoted in price, moving into a filthy unit, management changing 3 times since August 2023, having my car stolen, appliances not working properly, pests, not being able to use either tub for nearly a year, etc., checking off everything before moving in will be essential.

I just recently got approved. I’ll move in July. ShaKerra the leasing agent was amazing, so kind and informative from the beginning. The process was simple and smooth. I am in love with the renovations and upgrades. I pray all goes well. My nephew lives here as well and he said the apartments are good and quiet, a very nice place to live and he’s been her for 10 months. I’m excited!

My fiance and I moved here in April of 2022 and our experience was utterly horrible. We moved into an apartment that had broken AC, was surrounded by dog poop, and was dirty and dusty inside. The following week, our living room flooded. At first, management was pretty good about getting the issues resolved. However, those were the least of our problems, and that communication and helping nature did NOT last. We started to notice bugs about 3 weeks into living there. There were beetles, fleas, and roaches everywhere. We notified management multiple times of the bugs, and pest control came once. One evening we found a roach in our BED and when I emailed management about it, I got zero response. The worst of the bugs happened mid July when the property manager walked our apartment and literally stated there was a roach infestation. She walked the apartment Monday, and said that pest control couldn't make it until Friday. While I understand that some companies have contracts, we live in Texas, and another company could have been contacted to come out and resolve the unfit living conditions. When Friday finally came around, pest control never showed. I didn't get a follow up with management regarding their visit. Nothing. We decided to break our lease for our own health and safety. We got a lawyer involved and emailed the manager with 25 attachments of photos, emails, and notifications of issues with no return communication. Once we finally were free of our lease, it took the company 67 days to return our security deposit to us, and we only got it because I had to drive from Kingwood to Memorial City to pick it up at their Home Office. This apartment complex has caused me so much stress and anxiety over the last 6 months of my life and moving here was one of the worst decisions I have EVER made. Please, be smart. Avoid this place.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Management is rude and inconsiderate. You won't be informed of any work they're doing on property. Communication and common sense is non existent. You can find better across the street.

Please save your money don’t move here. The only thing that been keeping me is the leasing property manager. But I’m definitely regretting this decision

poor customer service, i can never get a hold with them at all no communication from the staff. bad community
Current resident: Crime is rampant. Once a week we receive notifications about car jackings, robberies, and resident assaults. Staff is terrible is an understatement. Have been lied to 4 times that I know of. Attitude is abundant even though they are essentially useless liars. Rent went up and quality is terrible. Took away trash. Can never find parking. I wouldn’t live here for free but am currently stuck in a lease. Worst complex I have ever seen. Staff is incompetent at best. Will be contacting their corporate staff with a list of similar complaints from other residents who feel the same way. AVOID AT ALL COST
Honestly, coming from a person who WORKS in this industry, I know every community has flaws, but this community on the other hand is just AWFUL! Never EVER would I suggest ANYONE to live here. Maintenance is HORRIBLE. Leasing office, HORRIBLE. They all have horrible attitudes and I always seemed like a bother going in there to get a package or to even ask for a simple request. They do NOT appreciate you here by ANY means. Our AC/Heater went out in January, and they said there was nothing they could do because it was “too cold” to replace it. Therefore, we literally had to wear jackets/sweatshirts/sweatpants/socks around our 40° apartment because they were too lazy to come fix it!!!! They didn’t care, nor did they reimburse us for anything. Our electric bills were on average EVERY month around $325. INSANE! We didn’t keep the thermostat BELOW 75 on a good day! The icing on the cake, we paid $300 deposit, and received $50 back because they do NOT give you the deposit back. Our carpet looked the same if not better when we left and they charged us for “carpet stretching”. Not even sure what that even means? Anything to make money, right?! Last thing-parking is TERRIBLE! Not enough spaces, pool is never cleaned & the amenities are terrible. Overall, horrible experience and I will warn you, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! AKA, pay a little more for a nicer community, better staff and maintenance!
They won’t answer the phone and when you finally do get ahold of them, they’re rude and hang up almost immediately. The paint on the inside also has a chalky feel to it. Anything and everything shows up: condensation in restroom, shows up, get anything on it and when you try to clean it off quickly paint comes off as well. They’re ‘cheap’ apartments but look else where. Also no parking. They have the whole back row for visitors where there’s no space for anyone who actually lives here. Yes during the day there is space but at night once it’s 7/8pm good luck finding a space.

I just lived the worst experience of my life moving into the Paramount at Kingwood. My husband and me were promised that we will get a property with hardwood floors and our apartment just has carpet. With us having a dog and expecting a baby this situation really inconvenience us. First of all the staff wouldn’t let us see the apartment first, even though we asked several times before signing the lease. They said that they still had to do some repairs. Then, they had the audacity to tell us that they never said that they had hardwood floorings in the property. The staff was extremely rude, they even yelled at my mo. I seriously felt sick after the way they treated us. I wish we never considered this apartment complex for our new home. I do not feel like this is the environment were I want to raise my first born. Please do not make the same mistake that we did, trusting a bunch of staff that just turned their back to us. Seriously!!!! They are horrible ??

It takes a lot for me to give a negative review. This is regarding management and parking and the cost of rent for sub-par leasing. First off the management and staff could use customer satisfaction training. Specifically how to not be condescending to their tenants or get rude when challenged. Not to say accept abusive behavior, but to genuinely hear a person out before responding just to push your “title”. The parking is HORRIBLE and you’re responsible for towing whether you’re at fault or not. Oh and don’t have an unavoidable circumstance hit you financially because they really don’t care much more than to stick late fees to you. Property manager is NEVER available so the office is run by incompetent people who push responsibility off of each other then patronize you with lies. Did I mention they hardly ever answer the phone?! Great service professionals! Keep up the good work guys! I’m seriously contemplating breaking my lease I’m so over this place and the rudeness off the staff!

My family and I been living at The Paramount going on 9 yrs now and yes it is hard to leave because they been really good to us. The staff is so nice and polite. If you need something fixed in your apartment they come that same day. Every morning they have fresh delicious cookies for residents and visitors. Anna is awesome she so sweet she try to help you anyway she can. Mia is the handy lady that women can fix anything she also get the job done. They keep the apartments clean and well kept. The pool is always looking nice and clean. You should move here you won’t regret it that’s for sure.

I have lived at the Paramount for 11 years in two different apartments, a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor and a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor...I am a retired pensioner and can honestly say I have been very happy with my time here. The management and staff have always treated me with warmth and kindness and have always been quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I feel safe and secure here knowing they are always looking out for me. I would always recommend the Paramount to anyone looking for a warm friendly environment and modern dwellings at a competitive price.

Maintenance is very prompt at attending to your request, other than the past year since they were overloaded with issues from the flood that happened. Things seem to be getting back on track now. I've lived at Paramount on two different leases. Both times were amazing and I wish I lived close to there so I could live there again. The pool is always clean and in good condition. The staff are very helpful. The exercise room is always clean and the restrooms next to the exercise room are always clean as well. The staff often work extra hours to make sure that maintenance requests are resolved as quick as possible. I've lived in many apartments in my life. Paramount is one of the best I've lived in.
