      Neighborhood

      While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. This district is home to Angel Stadium and the Honda Center -- home to the Angels baseball team and the Anaheim Ducks hockey team, respectively. The neighborhood is located in the triangle formed by the intersection the Santa Ana and Orange Freeways. The Santa Ana River, along with the Santa Ana River Trail and Bikeway, extends along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.

      The Platinum Triangle started out as an industrial area, but today it is filled with luxury apartment communities and palm trees. It is quickly becoming a popular mixed-use neighborhood, with street-level shops and restaurants lining wide sidewalks. For more shopping, residents head south to the nearby Outlets at Orange. The Platinum Triangle sits between the Anaheim Resort area and Downtown Orange, providing easy access to both.

      Parallel is a wonderful place to live whether you are single or in a shared household. It comes with a gym, dog park, plenty of grills on the premises for cooking, a pool, and a basketball court on the rooftop. It gives luxury while also being affordable. I came from another complex with similar features but a higher price & I would pick parallel every time simply because my little apartment feels perfect for me. I love my balcony, my privacy, and my neighbors are courteous.

      I also think most of the 2 bedrooms apartments should have an additional free parking. The only things I dislike is the 2 bedrooms get 1 parking space, the unsanitary conditions of the trash chute on a few occasions which I have footage, stairwell being trashed of dog feeces, aling with food trash, and how people disregard the spead limit leaving and going into the parking garage as I have almost been in an accident. This is something that should be highly implemented to all residence, and if not obeyed a waring should be issued before issuing small penalties. I just think the apartments could do a bit better.

      I am extremely happy at parallel I love it here. I wish that I could get my AC situation fixed for good but I think we're working on it.       I've been in Parallel for almost 4years. It was very cozy, clean, and safty. When I am at home, it's very calm around here, all passgeways are always clean, and I feel like safety in here because Parallel has gate. And the location is comfortable to reach out the freeway. It feel like home sweet home.

      The grounds keepers do a great job at cleaning and controlling pet oders. I love coming home to the Parallel. I can relax on the rooftop, workout in the rooftop gym, swim, and BBQ. Having a laundry room in the unit is a plus.

      Living at Parallel, especially for someone who is a first time renter has been a dream. To start, our leasing staff is the best staff in the world, they make everything so easy and simple, they always greet you with a smile and they actually engage in conversation. If there is a problem, they find solutions, if there is a situation on the property, they solve it and let the tenets know. I tell everyone I talk to about this apartment, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

      Parallel is one of the best apartments I’ve lived at, it’s very clean, and has welcoming staff that provide everything you need.       I would highly recommend Parallel, the apartments are very clean and spacious, the office staff is very professional and always attentive. Despite there being hundreds of apartments around us, it is very quiet at night, your sleep will not be interrupted. I enjoy watching the Disneyland fireworks from my unit every night. The fees are very reasonable and the premises are kept very clean.

      Overall satisfaction living in our unit is good. Overall satisfaction in the amenities and the parking situation is poor. Tenants park in guest parking probably to avoid paying extra, they litter there also. No organization what so ever, I don’t think management cares much about this. I’ve complained several times and commented about this but nothing is ever done to correct the situation.

      Great new management

      Ever since the new staff crew began working here, I can really tell the difference at this property. Things were getting fixed and cleaned. Little things like music in the common areas and gym were nice starting working. There are monthly events and food trucks that make it nice for residents to enjoy. Every interaction I have had with staff has been positive. I've had a few requests and all of them were fixed promptly. This staff works really hard and knows customer service well. Quincy at the office is the man!

      This place sucks. People smokes inside the building and no security cameras inside of the building. I lived here about a year and left it clean, but they spent 90% of my deposit, so I requested for the receipts, but haven't heard back from them. I don't know where they spent that much money and don't respond my requests.

      The leasing staff are very good and communicative. Their phones system has had issues but they do return my calls within 24 hours which is great. The property and apartment itself is nice however, the floors outside are quite stained and very dusty. It doesnt appear as though they regularly clean, if at all, the carpets or parking garage. Lots of dust and grime buildup everywhere. Id like to see this place cleaned up and cared for a bit better but thats not my responsibility. Id gladly pay a little extra per month so the property could afford comprehensive cleaners and deep clean services every 4-6 weeks. I do pay a lot for renting here as it is and I do consider this is basic thing that should be happening already but again, if I can help achieve this I will. Im not going to bust out my little Dyson and some rags and attempt to clean the 5 floors, etc.. It is a large place and I assume they do have cleaners but perhaps they need to hire more and do a few deep cleans as I mentioned before. Overall, Ive been satisfied with the property but a few things could be better.

      This is my first time ever moving out of my family home and it can be a stressful, daunting process but the staff at Parallel were so sweet and thorough with answering all my questions. I had initially called 2 other neighboring apartments and they made me feel like I was bothersome to them or would direct me to their website for all my questions. Staff made me feel very welcome. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with the amazing appliances. They are also super pet friendly, the apartment complex has a neighborhood playground where you can walk your dog, feeling safe, even at night. The amenities that they have as well (pool with cabanas, rooftop gym, rooftop basketball court, and more) make you feel as if you never have to leave home. I absolutely love my new home at the Parallel and recommend Parallel over any other apartments in Anaheim!

      Renting at Parallel

      Find another apartment complex in the area to live. The positives: 1) Walking distance to Angel Stadium 2) Can watch Disneyland fireworks nightly 3) Rooftop gym and basketball court are excellent amenities. The negatives: 1) Poor sound control: If you are a light sleeper, you will want to invest in some good earplugs. 2) Smoking and security: Many tenants don't respect the smoke-free rules and management does not have the capability to enforce it. 3) Move-out costs: Parallel hallway carpets are covered in stains. I found it unreasonable that I was charged $60 for carpet cleaning; My carpets when I moved out were spotless. UDR are penny pinchers; They do not care about normal wear and tear. Before I moved out, I paid a maid service $160 to clean my entire apartment; $110 was taken from my deposit for cleaning. To clean what? Watch how much you place for a deposit; they will try to milk it. I understand that Parallel rental prices can be appealing, but please look into the many other apartments in the area. The choice is yours!
