Fontainebleau Park West lies 13 miles west of Downtown Miami, and is around twenty minutes from the Miami International Airport. They get you with how nice everything is. The nice lounge area and the nice pool. Well you can't host any parties in the LARGE lounge area., Even though the lounge is set up to have parties, only the leasing office can host parties, not residents so the space is useless to us. You can not have any decor or mats outside your door. Even though its a hallway that no one sees, you still can't. You can not put anything on your balcony because they need it to look "uniform and clean". So basically they want it to look like no one lives there. I will not be renewing my lease as there are too many foolish rules to follow. You can't make your home a home.

Maintenance has always been great when submitting work orders or getting certain repairs done that needed to be done right after move in. However, I wish there was a bit of leeway with certain installation decisions. Such as Towel rack placement and which side a closet door should open from.
I would me most happy to recommend this apartment community to anyone whom is happy leaving in a fairly quiet, professional and family oriented environment.

I would definitely recommend this apartment community to a family or friend. All of the personnel here provide EXCEPTIONAL service. I absolutely enjoy living here.
The building has a nice layout and floorplans, appliances were good, etc. My only feedback is that the carpet was very unforgiving in terms of hiding stains, and the walls are incredibly thin so I could hear neighbors sneezing, listening to music, talking, etc.
I love living in Paraiso. The reason for my rating is the noise level. Sometimes in the pool area, the noise level gets very high when people party there.

The apartment community need to clean the parking area because there is a lot of cement dust on the floor, in the 4 floor more than the others one.
Al principio de mudarme estaba mucho mejor... a bajado mucho el nivel...las alfombras sucias... no hay mesa de billar ...nunca mas el tv de la piscina se puso... a decaido el nivel mas de un 60 por ciento desde el dia que me mude...
I would recommend this apt comm because I have in here everything I love and need, I have the comfort, the security, the convenience of having all my needs met in the same area, no need to go anywhere else, plus the beauty of the community and the management is excellent and friendly. There is no reason why not to recommend Paraiso to friends and family.
