As of right now I have not moved in but I have signed a lease. The people who work their have all been super welcoming and the people I know who live there cannot say more kind words about Paloma.

A good amount of space, I like the decor outside. A nice gym but could have more equipment. I like the free bus that comes from Paloma to state which is convenient.

It is so great to live here. But after night, the noise from the public transport is a little bit troublesome to me. Overall it is a good experience here.

Things are broken pretty often and we have roaches. Living there is ok. Turning in an out of apartment is dangerous because of where cars are allowed to park.

It's a great place to live, but the parking is horrible. Why aren't there enough parking spaces for each resident living at Paloma? Almost every night (I'm usually home no later than 8 pm) I have to walk 10 minutes to my apartment from where I'm forced to park due to limited parking. If you're not interested in increasing your step count, I would suggest another apartment complex where you're at least guaranteed a parking spot (and are not required to pay extra money per month just to park your car outside on effing concrete) Once again, otherwise, it's a pretty nice place to live.

While we have worked to implement polices and systems to regulate and sign individuals up for parking, we understand the inability to park onsite if you did not get a space in the lot can be frustrating. Overall the experience staying at Paloma Raleigh has been positive. The amenities are high-quality, but the appliances in my unit have some minor issues. There was also a power outage that affected my building. The response to the outage left a lot to be desired. For example, communication was sparse, and reimbursement for losses has been slow and difficult.

I checked the works orders for all your roommates and yourself and nothing has been put in. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the office directly and we would be glad to assist! We also understand how frustrating the situation with the power outage must have been, as you are aware, this was caused by a faulty electrical device. There were 5 emails sent out with communication in regard to the issue, from time of discovery to day of resolution. Additionally, we sent out an email to everyone affected by the power outage with instructions for reimbursement and we never received a response from you. If you’d like to discuss the specifics of your unit or the outage further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team directly. Honestly a problematic year so far (and it's only October). I honestly regret renewing here. First, the AC stopped working early this semester leaving us with portable AC units that spiked our electricity bill, then the electricity started cutting on and off in our unit here and there, and now the internet barely wants to work. Can't even do homework without it dropping every second. And when you try to put in a maintenance request in the resident portal, it errors out half the time. For the price I'm paying, I shouldn't have to worry about stuff not working all the time. But I will say, the office people tries their best. And the maintenance guy is amazing!

So far my resident experience has been good besides the roaches in our townhome. Everything else has been fine and everything else is working.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the Paloma. I love the neighbors even though some of them are very loud and I use the pool all the time. Plus the staff are super personable!

Fire pit was broken when I tried to use it. Lights are out over in the seating area. Nothing was done about a noise complaint I made. Roaches are in the apartment.

Paloma has been home for going on 2 years now. I love the area its safe. Maintenance guy is AWESOME and so sweet! Parking is a little strange, but as long as you sign up early for parking you have a guaranteed spot and visitors park on the side streets.

Very good apartment complex, lots of positives to living in that area. My favorite thing is the pool and the campfires, lots of fun to have all the friends over to hang out.

So far Paloma has been really good! We have not had any major issues, and having an apartment that is my own space has been great. The only thing we have been waiting on for a while is a work order for our dishwasher, but all else has been good!

I renewed my lease because of location and overall a good experience. Thankfully, I was able to get a parking spot this year because last year street parking was often unavailable and stressful. Additionally, some updates to furniture such as couches would be nice as they have been in these apartments for years and are experiencing wear and tear. However, overall I have liked living here and that is why I renewed.

Paloma is incredibly cost efficient for a lovely and spacious area! The layout is wonderful, the appliances are modern, and the Paloma staff themselves are incredibly helpful and always there to answer questions!

Love it here. Definitely a college friendly home. I would recommend for college students only. Townhome is worth the price, the rooms are a good size as well

I enjoy my room! It's a nice clean room with lots of space and It feels more like a room instead of a dorm. Downside was that the bathroom had some issues upon arrival.

i love it here!! it’s so homey and beautiful. there are amazing amenities, the staff is great, and i feel very safe. there are a few things that could be updated (couch, dishwasher, etc), but overall it’s great

I just moved in but it’s been good so far! The staff has been helpful. Nothing in the townhouse is messed up or broken. It’s been an overall good experience so far.

Staff at Paloma Aralrigh was very helpful and the check-in/moving process was very smooth. They gave me the wrong key, but we were able to solve the issue.

Good modern apartments, but no elevator and no ethernet cords in the individual rooms. there could certainly be a more accessible path through the apartments especially with how new they are

Jeremiah is a great maintenance man! Paloma has its good and its bad but overall has been a good experience. The shuttle is always very consistent.

Nice pool area when working. Apartments are nice but wifi is horrible and not serviceable. Maintenance guy is the only thing great about this place.

had major issues with housing assignments and was given a different apartment than what i signed for on my lease in October and was not given any solutions until I asked for amends. all i wanted was an apology and some recognition that they messed up without me having to beg, but ya know college apartment staff are stereotypically rude and not accommodating so what did i expect.

It has been pretty good, apartments are nice but loud construction started halfway through the year starts every morning at 4:30. Other than that we haven’t had any stark issues.

I love living here at Paloma! There are so many amenities to use, and I especially like going to the gym here. If I had to change one thing, I would say that the parking here is very limited on the street, so having guests over can be a bit of a pain because it can be hard to find somewhere for them to park.

The conditions of the apartment is not the best. Parking is not good at all to accommodate the amount of residents. A lot of tech systems do not work to open doors ie. butterfly Mx and main gym door.

Amenities are good. Events are fun. Maintenance is great. Can be loud but it is a college apartment so it’s expected. I typically feel safe in the community.
