We are happily signing our yearly lease for the third year in a row. We love living here! The apartments are beautiful and spacious! Lots of closet space, including a huge storage closet on the deck. Kitchen is amazing - lots of cabinets and all the counter space you need! And I love to cook!! Grounds are well maintained and any request for maintenance is completed quickly! Come live here - you will be so happy!!

I was originally let down by another apartment complex at the last minute, leaving me 2 days to find a place before the move. Garrett at the management office was wonderful!! Not only did he find the perfect apartment for me..over the pool..but worked to get me approved while I waited, removing the stress. I have since moved in and it is better than I expected. I was nervous about the proximity of i75, but it cannot be heard inside and only occasionally when out on the patio. The complex is new, unlike the 1980's apartments you see elsewhere and it shows in the quality and maintenance. I will be staying here at least a year.

I have only been living here for just a few months and I absolutely love it here! My apartment is beautiful and spacious, the community is clean and friendly, but what makes this community the greatest is the staff! The Palms at Magnolia Park Apartments is a gated community that nestles off of Magnolia and Progress Blvd. It is spacious and updated. The office staff is attentive and friendly. The maintenance team is quick, timely and efficient. Neighbors are friendly and the property is well maintained, the land are well manicured and beautiful, especially when you walk along the grounds with the water fountain and lake. The staff always seem to have events that they planned for residents which are fun and enjoyable but keeping everyone safe at the same time during the pandemic. The amenities are nice and there is plenty of parking.

From the very beginning office staff was polite and helpful. The upkeep of the complex is beautiful. Apartment is spacious & comes with key details that makes the space perfect. I definitely would recommend family and friends to move into this complex!

So glad i took the leap of faith and moved to Palms at Magnolia Park. Large kitchens and cabinet space are hard to come by in an apartment and the Palms offers by far of the largest kitchens. Very impressed, great or entertaining. The staff is super friendly and very helpful - maintenance team response very quickly to any work orders I've put in. over all - I am so glad I live here!

Can’t say enough about how helpful the maintenance is here at Palms, Blair esp. Blair always goes out of his way to help out with any maintenance needs and is overall always friendly. You will never see him without a smile on is face and if he can’t get the job done then and there he makes sure it’s done as soon as possible. I’ve lived at the complex for about 2 yrs and have really enjoyed my time here. I would absolutely recommend this community, you can’t beat the price for how nice and spacious the apts are.

We’ve lived here for 2 years now and have very few complaints. The apartment itself if nearly brand new and we have very few maintenance concerns. When we do, Blair; the maintenance man is such a pleasure. The office can be difficult to reach by phone but typically available in person to discuss any concerns. Noise travels easily, however, management and neighbors themselves have been responsive to noise complaints. Great property for dogs, too!

Wonderful establishment with wonderful people. I LOVE my apartment home it is so nice & feels like complete luxury! I am glad that I picked these apartment homes to call my home. The leasing office is always there to help and the maintenance is GREAT. I recommend these apartments with 5 stars.

The apartments LOOK nice but are built terribly, you can hear your neighbor sneeze the walls and floors are so thin. The neighbors in my building are inconsiderate and very loud at all times of the day and night, management can care less and respond to complaints with “it’s a part of living in an apartment”...paying as much as we do for rent you should be able to rest and feel comfortable In your home. I haven’t felt comfortable in the past 10 months I’ve lived here. The gate is always broken, the fire alarms are faulty and go off in the middle of the night with no evident fire....the fire department won’t come turn them off so you lose a whole night of sleep. Just a terrible experience, needless to say I will not be renewing the lease nor would I refer anyone to live here.

The only real issue I have with this apartment complex is the complete lack of parking. At night my girlfriend (who works late) has to walk all the way from the other side of the complex because there isn't parking near our building. Sometimes there isn't parking anywhere period. If you park in anything other than an actual spot (side of a curb) you get a big orange warning sticker on your car.

I’m a single mom and was approved for a 2/2 apartment on Friday afternoon 4/27/18. I spoke to Regina who was so nice and talked me through the process. After paying the required $455 in fees (bond, application fee and admin) I Told her I was having second thoughts but left planning to move in Monday 4/30/18. She told me I had until Monday when I paid the remainder of my $. On Sunday 4/29/18 I said I changed my mind and didn’t want the apartment, and please refund my $ (excluding the application fee). Do you know she said she never told me that, and because the apartment was off the market the 28th THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY $!!! Then they made me wait over an hour for the manager who was in a “conference call”. This is NOT the way you keep business. I network a lot with professionals in this area and I am speaking the word!!!!

Awesome place to live! New everything, clean facilities everywhere. I loved living here. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely a blast to talk to and a joy to work with. I have had no issues at all during my time here. I never felt unwelcome or like my concerns were a burden to them at all. I would come back here in a heartbeat! That is, if work decides I get to. haha.

The pros: The maintenance, the staff makes this community. Personal, friendly and very quick to fix issues. The office personnel are great too. The apartments themselves are great. Spacious and with great fixtures. The cons: The area, the complex is not in the best of areas and its noticeable. Theres been numerous break ins in the residents' cars. They sent a notice about it. Theres been a shooting and lots of sketchy people just walking into to the complex. I know they cant stop everyone but after their knowledge of the break ins and issues you'd assume they would hire some security to deter some of the activity. No ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms. Maybe its a Florida thing but I haven't seen an apartment without this.
