Palm Central South

We were struggling getting into an apartment before our son was born .. different apartments management was so horrible and difficult and palm Central south apartments was on our list but we weren't sure. So we applied as a last resort and we're so upset that we didn't apply sooner we love our apartment and our expectations were exceeded .Cynthia and Lisette we're so AMAZING to us and made us feel like everything was sooo simple and relaxing. We applied and within a week moved in. They made the process so refreshing and easygoing. They communicated with us and we're always more then willing to answer our questions and concerns. My second day I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and had no apartment keys so I reached out to Cynthia and Lisette and they never once made me feel like they were upset with me. In fact the very next day Lisette actually walked an entire new pair up to my apartment! So sweet of her and after bothering Cynthia on a Sunday afternoon she was so sweet and helpful! Our maintenance guy Sabino explained to me in detail how he was gonna get my original keys out and was not bothered or upset with me !!! These three have made out entire experience AMAZING and stress free. THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH

What is something you look for when getting into a new apartment, how long is my lease, am i going to like it 6 months from now. What kind of utilities are included, is there parking? is the neighborhood safe? Palm Central South is gated in two ways, when you enter there is a gate for your car to come through, after you park there is a key code to enter to open doors to get into your building. The buildings are old and there are only three visitor parking spots outside of the gate, but there is plenty of street parking! We do have a 24 hour washing facility, we have a gym that has two treadmills and two bikes, however one treadmill has been broken waiting for parts since July 1. We lost our apartment manager so we have fill in office people from other properties. Security cameras everywhere! We are located close to the freeway so thats a good thing! This apartment complex is great because it's reasonably priced, gated, pool, gym, laundry, covered and uncovered parking, and the best part it is month to month!!!!!!!! Cat friendly with a deposit, but absolutely NO DOGGIES!
