Property Ratings at Page Oaks
Maintenance came to address the uneven subfloor in Unit 3414. A portion of the floor was filled in, but the issue wasn’t fully resolved, the subfloor still bows in spots. Additionally, all the downstairs lights were left on and the front door was unlocked when we returned. I expected more care.
