Oxford Vista

The experience is still very new! We are enjoying our stay at Oxford Vista and have been welcomed by residents and staff members. Bryan is so wonderful and efficient with his profession. Kirby is very knowledgeable and experienced with the leasing process. Chloe is very kind and welcoming towards us always. Thank you to everyone who has made this experience a very memorable one!

Things are good but could use some consistency. Hopefully with fall kicking into gear we get back to it. Maintenance is absolutely amazing still.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 months. I have had a pretty good experience. Love the amenities, love the view, love my car being in the gated area. What I don’t really like is how much the dogs bark it’s all day every day, even at night. Otherwise, it’s been a good experience so far!

Depending on the time of the day the rating fluctuates from a 2-4 star. You’re probably wondering why: the reason for that is there are multiple dogs on the west facing view that howl and bark consistently for long periods of time. I don't know if its one owner or a chain reaction but it’s genuinely disturbing when I'm trying to sleep in because I worked a long shift or I have to wake up for an early shift. Whoever the owner(s) please fix the problem with your dogs, it is just flat out disrespectful and inconsiderate to your neighbors. Another issue is the dryer constantly turning off mid cycle, it is a problem because there is about a 30 minute wait period before it comes back on. Respectfully.

Me and my girlfriend recently moved into the apartment complex and have been extremely happy with our choice to live here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and everyone that we have met that lives here is nice and friendly. The apartment is clean and quiet. We have a dog and he has loved the environment so far with other dogs and the dog amenities.

Any time something breaks/needs repair, the building is in absolutely no rush to fix it. Waited months for the elevator to be fixed, the parking gates break all the time, etc and when you try and hold the property accountable, nothing is ever their fault. It’s the machine’s company, the city of Englewood, a third party service…Nothing works and things break in my apartment all the time. The one time i called maintenance to have them fix my lock, I asked specially for them to call before entering because I sleep during the day working night shift and have an animal. As you can guess, I woke up at 1pm to my cat freaking out and a man in my apartment with zero notice. My unit is falling apart and i’m the first person to live there…it would be worth it if the staff was polite and timely but as of right now, I do not plan on renewing here.

Oxford Vista has been a peaceful and convenient place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the apartment itself is well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The management has been responsive to service requests, and move-in was smooth. Only reason for 4 stars is occasional delays in maintenance. Overall, a great experience so far!

From the start, the leasing process was smooth and the staff was professional and responsive, which set the tone for what has continued to be a great living environment. The building is well-maintained, The management team also communicates regularly about community updates, events, or any disruptions, which makes me feel informed and valued as a resident. especially as someone new to the area. It’s reassuring to live in a place where people look out for each other and where I feel safe and comfortable coming home every day

As a resident of Oxford Vista, I have noticed during the application and residency that everyone is so kind and helpful during the application and moving process. This place is so well run, and is brand new!! love it.

I signed the lease with my girlfriend and theres a reason why because it fits our needs. from the pictures and virtual tour, to the amenities to the way of living.

The move-in process was smooth, and I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere here. The community feels lively and vibrant, which makes settling in even easier. Looking forward to enjoying my time in this space!

I love where I live but some of the residents get away with some vile behavior and there is a problem with dog poo sometimes. However I would recommend ov.

I toured Oxford Vista and immediately fell in love with the property. Kirby answered every single question we threw his way and he was so helpful in my decision making process to find the perfect place for me. All the staff was very friendly especially Elijah. I can’t wait to move in!

Good and secure place to stay with family especially with children . I suggest to build a children's park as there are very less play things for them left inside the apartment

We LOVE it here! it’s a great community that feels very safe and the apartments are very spacious and feel luxurious. we would recommend recommend the apartment to anyone

Lovely place to live, good neighborhood with amazing rooftop views , amazing amenities to enjoy. And a very lovely community of people. Staff is also amazing.

The rent is extremely high for no air conditioning. Moved in 5 days ago to no air conditioning and I still have no air condition ing. Be careful. Their maintenance man couldn't even open my door left a pink sticky note on it talking about maybe I could stay home during the day so they could come in and look at it. It's under warranty we'll get it repaired. But nothing. It's 97 today imagine what it is in my apartment. Be careful. I'm stuck here for another 360 days

The staff is the friendliest! I can tell the team works very hard at making sure the building stays well maintained and well kept. Great amenities too! The electric grill is the only thing I wish were different.

These are really nice apartments. Everything is brand new, the staff is nice, and nice neighbors too! Love the amenities for both humans and dogs as well.

I took a tour of this place and decided it definitely wasn't for me. Rent prices they're they're looking for are just way too high for small to medium sized apartments next to an abandoned lot, a loud freight train, a loud highway, and sinkholes that cause road closures. I heard construction was super delayed and there are a lot of things that went wrong and are still wrong. Two years after they were supposed to open, the building still looks 80% empty as they stick to their high prices. It feels like a desperate money grab that isn't working out for them.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the overall experience was far better at this location than any other complex I’ve lived in or viewed.

The staff have been extremely kind and helpful! From the moment we walked through the door they showed us that we were appreciated and valued as tenants. Going so far as to take on some ideas for a community garden!

I just felt welcomed from the start the tour was so fun and I was very excited to be able to be part of the community I really loved the safety building and the vibe the apartment is so nice and well designed

Smooth move in process, gorgeous space, exceptional amenities! I was a little skeptical of the train, but you can hardly hear it. I look forward to spending some quality time here!

The team at Oxford Vista has been very patient and exceptional! They have been easy to work with and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I had enough difficult stuff to deal with moving into a new apartment, like most of do, Kirby and his team made me feel welcome and assisted to make it a smooth transition.

Super excited to move in, in a month. Everyone from leasing office to maintenance team were super friendly! The apartments are brand new and I think the rooftop deck when it opens will be a great amenity on top of all of the fantastic amenities that are already there.

My experience thus far has been amazing! They have been so helpful with all of my questions and inquiries! I love that they have talked me through the entire process!

Beautiful place to call home. We love the Mountain View. Friendly staff. And very clean. Very quiet neighborhood although having all the trains passing through, you can hardly hear. Also nice having a shopping center close by. Overall good place to live.

The staff here are wonderful and very helpful and the community is peaceful. All of the amenities are great and the units are very spacious.

Great team. Communication on point. Maintenance team also pretty solid and easy to talk to. I requested for my move in date to be pushed forward and they jumped into action and was able to get me moved in early. Great place to live

Best building staff in the Denver area! Incredibly personable, efficient, and kind. The building is beautiful, facilities are well kept, and the location of the building is a quick drive to either city or nature!
