Apartments come with Washer/Dryer Hookups, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each apartment also comes with air conditioning and heating. Residents pay for their own utilities(Electric & Gas). We pay for your water and trash removal. Rental Requirements & Qualifications: 1. Submit an application online 2. Pay the $20 application fee so we can run a credit history. - we do not look for a particular credit score. We do check for prior evictions and judgments from previous landlords. We also look to see if you have any rental items in collections 3. Each adult applicant must send their Drivers License, LAST TWO 2 paystubs, and LAST TWO bank statements (all pages) to verify income- The income requirement is 3X the rent per month gross To hold the unit, it is a $500.00 deposit- this is to remove all advertisements, stop all showings, and accept no other applications. The $500 deposit will be deducted from the move-in cost shown below. If a deposit is given with an approved application, the deposit is non-refundable. The move-in cost is the first months’ rent (pro-rated if applicable) plus security deposit plus lease activation fee minus holding deposit. The security deposit is 1 ½ months’ rent. Ex: $1,250 (1st Months Rent)+ $1,875 (Security Deposit) + $75 (Lease Activation Fee) - $500 (Holding Deposit= $2,700+/-
