I have been living here at Overture for more than 5 years and consider them to be among the best years of my life. The "living is easy", no more worries about the furnace breaking down or mowing the lawn. Just sit around the pool or play bingo. Maybe cribbage or poker. We've got it all. I have been living here for well over four years and still love it. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The facilities are wonderful, the management team can't do enough for you, the maintenance team is top notch. If you are looking for a place to live that is pristinely clean, and smells so good when you walk through the halls, a place when friends and neighbors are friendly and helpful, a place where management tries very hard to make you happy then you should move to Overture 55.

The amenities are exceptional and the proximity to shopping and restaurants is great. Parking is a plus and the community is secure. Overture has been my home these past 4 years. It is a wonderful, warm and friendly place with an excellent staff and maintenance crew! I am blessed to be part of this well run and caring place!

Since moving back to the Chicago area, here in Lombard I have been truly impressed with the feeling of community. Hospitality has been extended by both management and to an extent other renters.

Yorktown Overture is a wonderful 55 and over active adult community in a very convenient location…close to expressways, hospital, shopping, dining. Many wonderful monthly activities and entertainment.
