I wanted to thank our maintenance crew, Jason and Juan for their speedy maintenance on my closet door handle that broke off and to adjust the tension on the bottom of the door, not to drag on the carpet and also hanging my towel rack in my bathroom in such a timely fashion. I couldn’t be more pleased!! ?? ?? Thank you Overture Admin Staff in the office that made this happen in such a timely fashion. I didn’t have to wait long at all.

Great so far! Clean and comfortable, enjoying the activities and meeting all the nice people, feel very safe here! I love that it’s so convenient for shopping and medical buildings and financial institutions and also close to services for my car. The apartment is very nice with updated light fixtures, ceiling fans & appliances. I like the layout and the patio. The walk-in large shower is very safe to have. I will definitely refer anyone that I know to live at this complex. The staff is great & very helpful.

Overture is a nice place to live, it is close to everything, a park, across the street, you can walk to trader Joes,to the movies or out to the many places eat.I have a dog and they have a dog run with benches and enclosures so they can play.There is also a very nice pool and hot tub and a up to date gym ..and much more...

A great place to live. The tenants are the most friendly and helpful people. Our location is close to everything needed to keep us supplied. There is a beautiful park across the street with a wonderful view. The staff are very professional and helpful. The apartments while small are comfortable throughout winter or summer months. I have lived here for the past few years and I can honestly say that I enjoyed this place very much. There are a lot of things to do here. But by far my favorite thing to enjoy is the events that the staff provide for us. They all work so diligently by preparing and organizing these events. They truly care about us.

Although Overture RSM could be a pleasant place to live, the management team is known for being disrespectful, dishonest, and altogether difficult to communicate with. They are horrible! Please fire them and hire respectful and professional team.

Nice place to live. Building is safe with a nice view of the park across the street. Apartment is small but nice.

It is well run, we have a great office staff, and excellent maintenance staff, lovely pool and always things to do from movies to crafts.We are also close to everything you need,trader Joe's.movie theater, senior center, park across the street and many restaurants,plus urgent care you can walk to.

I have had the best experience living at Overture RSM for 14 yrs. I love it here. Wonderful managers, maintenance team. Alot of activities, theater, library, game room, cafe. Walking distance to stores, park, senior center, library.

Overture RSM is a place of excellence. The staff being present 6 days a week is quite rare to see. When there is a need, they are on it! The cleaning is well above what you see in most senior complexes. The amenities and events are well above the rest. I feel very safe here. I sleep well at night, beyond anything I've experienced in a very long time. The location can't be beat! Walk score 100/100.
