Love it! Can't wait to play games, attend fun events, swim in the heated pool, gym, yoga & play pool. So much to do and don't have to leave home. Especially the nail/hair place.
So far Overture Highlands has been a fun place to live, and I have only been here 10 days. I have danced and made my very own fall wreath which was so much fun in the making it. Thanks to Ms. Sandra. The staff is just great.

Overture is a safe, well-maintained complex inside and out. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are multiple social events in the building. The downstairs common areas are beautifully decorated and very homey and inviting. We feel secure in this complex. It is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, and medical care. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly.

From the day of my initial property tour to my move in, I have been so pleased by everyone I have met. The daily activities calendar is filled with something to do if I wish or I can relax and enjoy my own space.
Many items remain broken and in need of repair in common areas. Dirty carpets have not been cleaned on each wing for years. Just a few wings done. Pain is needed throughout the common areas.

The property is kept clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenace issues are addressed timely, and we don't have to worry about being unable to do it. Security is really good here. Residents here are friendly and kind. The common areas are comfortable and home like. We feel very blessed to live here.

The Overture Highlands is a beautiful and comfortable place to live. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are professionally and elegantly decorated. The Lifetime calendar provides enormous opportunities to be active and to share enjoyable activities with friends. The management staff take every opportunity to address resident’s concerns and to resolve issues in a timely manner. I could never have imagined spending my retirement in such a comfortable and enjoyable environment. I find myself truly blessed on a daily basis.

We love our new apartment home. It really is resort style living. There is an abundance of activities to keep you busy and a number of spaces to retreat. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to make Overture Highlands our new home.

Overture Highlands has so much to offer. From walking into the front doors and being greeted by the wonderful and knowledgeable staff and learning about all the activities they have on a regular basis to touring the beautiful facility and viewing the wonderful apartments with awesome layouts of the floor plans. You feel very comfortable and secure here with this being a gated community. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street and when you have guests visiting, there are numerous hotels nearby.This is a beautiful and wonderful 55 community. Come take a tour or visit today. Guaranteed you will be talking about this community and all of the amenities that are too much to mention to your family and friends for a long time.
