The building, common rooms and exterior are kept immaculately clean. Which has kept the spread of Covid cases to a minimum. Front office staff are professional, caring, courteous and accomodating. Maintenance issues are usually handled within 24 - 48 hours (before covid). I love the security, parking garage, easy access and upgraded fixtures and counters. Easy to keep clean. Only complaints: Elevators tend to be slow at times, especially during move in/out. Some patios are not fully covered and this affects resident's ability to keep elements off of furniture or shielded from the sun.

Most certainly this is a warm and inviting place to live
My husband and I have been here over a year. I enjoy the book club, and he enjoys playing chess. Debbie Atwoods jewelry classes and her art classes make our stay here even more pleasant, and she does them all on a volunteer basis! Its nice when residents have a say in their quality of life. Keep up the great work!!!
It is a community where you can participate and interact with others or not. Also the apartments are very quiet.
