Overall Overture Andalucia is a great community. The only issue I have is that the construction company that built the facility did a somewhat poor job and their quality control, if any, was extremely lacking.

I am blessed to be in such a wonderful place. My apartment is great and it fits all my needs to a T. The management and maintenance team here is great too. It is wonderful to know these things and the outside landscaping are not my problem, but are managed by others. I enjoy the games, happy hour, and many events provided here so I am busy all the time.

Overture Andalucia is a wonderful place to live. I’m so glad after selling my house that I decided to move here. Any maintenance issues have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. People are friendly, staff very nice!

The apartment is very well designed. The main building interior is beautifully designed. The amenities are easily accessible and very clean and organized. The community is friendly and the activities allow for meeting other residents. The area is a great location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Overture Andalucia is a great place to live! The staff are kind, caring, and professional. The gated security, was one of the most important reasons to decide to move to Overture Andalucia. It's brand new, beautiful, great location, a lot of fun things to do, great place to have a pet, and we feel safe. I'm 60 years young and highly recommend you take a tour of Overture.

For the most part, living here has been a delight. The community is still under construction. Daily, I see new amenities being installed which is exciting to see its development. The activities here are ongoing and fun. The management which I endearingly call "The Team" are great! They are very friendly, helpful and willing to listen to any concerns you may have. The neighbors are very friendly and outgoing. The amenities are unbelievable. The location is perfect for shopping and getting around town. It's great place for mature people.
