My first and only esperience in this type of appartment lifving.It is at least as good as I expeted. There are many things that I had not thought of and have been very happy with all of my experiences. The card games are many and the players are mostly friendly,helpful and thoughtfull. The variety of activities should fit in somewhere with most anyone's desires. I am as busy as I want to be and sometimes get talked into activities that I didn't expect I would like as much as it turned out I do..

Well I would but, since this was built during the Covid Pandemic there are so many problems with the pool, hot tub, Cabinets shelves are too high, the Showers don’t have grab bars and it’s just not Senior friendly.

Overture is a great place to socialize and meet new friends. There is always something going on and you have choices as to what you do. Cards, billiards, happy hour, painting and a book club. Fair size gym and yoga classes. People meet in the community room to talk or watch TV. Karaoke on Tuesday. There's is also a movie room which shows a new movie every week. There are plenty of fun activities to keep busy.

Enjoying where you live in an apartment vs a house is really dependent on the apartment's staff and your neighbors. Overture ABQ has the best of both. The staff facilitates this with lots of social events, the maintenance team is superb, and everyone here IS SO FRIENDLY! The architecture and decorating is also beautiful. I absolutely love my floor plan, we have a large dog park and pet friendly staff. And the cherry on top, you can watch the Albuquerque Balloon Festival flying from many of the balconies.

I love living here...inside my apartment is perfect. Maintenance is amazing. Parking is not. Rules are only enforced for those following them anyway. Lots of activities if you care to join. Happy Hour on Thursday. Art club, book club, games, karaoke and a great gym and pool. Even a hot tub for the resident's enjoyment.

This is an ideal community for 55 people. The atmosphere is very positive and the facility is beautiful. The location is ideal, close to everything you might need. There is also a year round swimming pool which is so great. The maintenance team is very responsive too. All in all it is a very comfortable place to call home.

What a great place to live! There's always yummy food and snack events available, games or movies every day and the staff even remembers the residents names and preferences. In addition, the sense of security, with secured outer doors and gated parking, is excellent for older folks.

Overture ABQ has a great location for dining, shopping, doctors and vets, gas and automobile maintenance, and churches. We have the best staff & maintenance crew anyone could ask for (and they are very pet friendly). The building is beautiful and has numerous activity areas, as well as a brand new DOG PARK, a large hot tub, long lap swimming pool, resident’s garden and BBQ area (2 big grills). A great place to live. Local stores are close, and only 2 minutes from I-17. A well-managed and well-maintained building with ample parking and lots of amenities. Not just apartments but a fun-loving community.
