Really nice place and excellent management!!!!!!!!
This property has caused so much stress from the first month moving in my ceiling collapsed, my “new” refrigerator broke and wasn’t fixed for over a month. My ceiling collapsed for a second time. You would think that maintenance would’ve fixed the problem but they just patched it. This last time my ceiling collapsed it had so much black mold and multiple times I’ve said something but they do not fix problems they but a bandage on it to make it seem like they do something.
Don’t fix anything, roach and mice infested, bad pipes, terrible management 0/10!!!

Like most places communication is key to make anything work. Good place to live. Good environment. Access to any location in Philadelphia within 20-30 minutes time. Great staff!!
