The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Outlook 16
We lived here for nearly 10 years, and watching it go down the drain has been sad. It used to be a pretty property and even though management changed a few times, they were always pretty cool and quick to handle things. Once it changed from Parkwood to Outlook 16, it's been nothing but a literal garbage dump. The office managers (they keep changing) lie to your face and tell you things are being taken care of, when in reality nothing ever is. You can email them endlessly about loud neighbors, dog crap literally everywhere, broken appliances, etc., and nothing happens for MONTHS (if at all). Everyone has been begging them to get another dumpster, but they just keep saying it's our fault that we're not using the dumpster code to throw our trash away. Wrong! It is stuffed full, overflowing, and EVERYWHERE. This place is disgusting. Don't even bother looking at the units, take your family and money anywhere else.

What a hidden gym. You would think its like everywhere else but once inside its way quieter than expected. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Everyone outside ususally waves or says high but not to invasive and pet friendly. Lovely place

I love living here! I am a single mom and we have always felt safe, never had any problems! When we need maintenance, the problem has always been solved within 2 days, and often that very same day. Both the manager and maintenance person are friendly and easily available. We have lived here for over 6 years, and I would highly recommend this property!
