I have been living here for a year and have really been enjoying it. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities. Support tickets are resolved quickly, and the office staff is very helpful. The location feels safe and offers convenient access to grocery stores and other essentials.

My experience for 17 years of Ottavo being my residence , I have only Excellent words of praise for the Managers and Maintenance Team.

Well so far my experience here at Ottavo has been good! I do like the place and my 1 bedroom apartment is a good size for myself. But see how the year goes, other than that I'm happy ??

I'm still new to the apartment complex but I am enjoying the complex, the apartment it's modern but it doesn't feel stuffy. I like the well lit pathways that makes it feel safe and secure.

Our experience with Ottavo apartments has been great so far. They keep the common areas clean and tidy, they water the grass and take care of the property's landscape. It is quiet here, we have our privacy and at the same time we feel part of the community. Our apartment is comfortable and whenever there is a maintenance issue coming up, they respond promptly. Last, Selena, who works at the leasing office, is polite and always there to repsond to questions or any concerns we may have. We hope that our experience will continue to be so positive. Thank you

Responsive management and maintenance staff; grounds and amenities well maintained. Apartments have good colors, bones, and functional features. Can't beat this location :)

I am liking our apartment I like how it’s quiet. It’s close to my sons job and I love the location. Staff is really nice and carrying. The landscaping is just so beautiful and well kept.

Living at Ottavo has been a very good experience overall. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Most of the residents at that I’ve met are friendly and respectful.

Great apartments! The staff is always friendly always helpful with questions. I love the online feature for payments and submitting service request. The maintenance team is great they always complete my service request on time.

Good neighborhood, love the grass and walkways especially the added stones for the nice touch, apartment is nice cozy living space, nice rooms either good flooring and nice big windows to looks out

Quiet neighborhood and great staff, the area is always keep clean which I love. I have no complaints in the amount of time I’ve been living here.

Ottavo apartment community has been a great experience so far. It is well kept and quiet for the most part. Neighbors are friendly. We haven’t had any issue since our stay at the apartments. The environment is safe and that is a major plus. Parking can be at pain late at night. Management keeps everyone well informed when anything is happening with the community. They also do special incentives for the community at times which is greatly appreciated.

Living at Ottavo has been a great experience! From the residence staff, especially Lori, to the maintenance staff, they are responsive and friendly. The grounds are well-kept and trees and shrubs are trimmed and neat. The grounds are policed for garbage, etc. frequently. The residents here are friendly and respectful. People pick up after their dogs and are respectful of others with pets. Ottavo is really a great place to live.

I love the apartments because the area is wonderful and not a lot of traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as it supposed to be. I haven’t had any issue with someone so that’s a huge win.

It’s a pleasant and safe community, plenty of area to walk around. The move-in process was smooth and fast. I got my home within two days of application.

Love this place!!! I. Have called dthis place home for 6 years and I still live living here and this place has the best staff and best maint supervisor in the state!!!

We have loved living here so far! It has been comfortable and has great grounds and amenities. The A/C, heating, water, etc have all worked according to our expectations. Our neighbors are very friendly and so is the property manager! Our service requests are always fulfilled very quickly.

Great quiet community in safe area. Complex well maintained. Pet and family friendly. Been here 3 years and no significant complaints so far!

This complex has been my home for almost 6 years and I love every second of being here ! The team is fantastic always quick to help ! They have the best resident event and I love the sense of community. Maintenance is always quick to help as well especially Mike he is the best supervisor in any property I’ve lived at . Carrie is fantastic, Selina is so helpful and kind, Lori is an angel ! Everyone here is perfect

Staff is friendly and helpful? They made sure to address any issues that I was having at move-in. Have answered my questions or concerns in a respectable manner.

We just moved into Ottavo and we had a smooth leasing experience. We appreciate the clear communication and the fast turnaround on the process to make sure we move-in in time.

Rent is very expensive now, I wont mind paying but management doesn't care of people being dirty, they don't check how outside of your apartment looks. Stinky trash, big stains by door and we have to see that every day I think they should make everybody keep their front clean or send somebody to clean. I called the office a couple of times but they don't do anything about it.

We love living here it’s so beautiful we have trees and birds and hummingbirds and it’s very safe! We moved here from Louisiana and wanted a safe beautiful location and this is an amazing place it truly is and the staff is very nice as well!

So far so good. It has been good so far. The apartments are located in a very nice area. The apartments need some maintenance, but they are okay to live in.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so I wanted to share my honest feedback about my resident experience so far. The excitement of moving somewhere new was greatly overshadowed by the fact that the apartment had multiple issues with cleanliness when we moved in (i.e., it didn't seem that it had been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for a new resident, and we moved here without ever getting to see it beforehand). Some of these issues included: Broken glass and food bits left in the dishwasher, floor did not appear to be vacuumed and had multiple dead bugs in carpet, some previous resident belongings were left behind on shelf, bathtub had soap scum and hairs in it, laundry room had a strong smell of urine. I can see one or two things being missed, but encountering many of these is understandably off-putting for a new resident, and I hope that Ottavo can use this information to improve future renters' experiences.

I love the community. It's quiet and clean as I prefer. The staff is amazing and friendly! And they bbq for us. What management office do you know barbecue's for you! I love it here

I had the best experience and I’m quickly learning it’s just their normal. The staff, the maintenance team, everyone and everything has been so easy and it’s been so flawless… I’m just amazed, in aw and so impressed. I feel so lucky! Thank you all so much, love my new home!!!

Ottavo has been such a great place to live so far. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, the grounds are always being maintained, and as a single female, I feel very safe in my apartment. I have everything I need very close to my space (parking, trash/recycling, amenities). I appreciate that all the appliances are new and work very well. The one work order I put in so far was met quickly, and the staff even called me to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. The location is great for groceries, restaurants, and fun.

It Tabo is on top it their maintenance request and put their tenants needs as priority. Our dryer was not working and a request submitted and maintenance fixed the issue within 24 hours and proper protocol of paperwork to enter my apartment and work completed was left for my review. No mess left behind. Excellent work!

Incredible maintenance program, an excellent place to live

An excellent apartment complex. Top notch maintenance. Helpful staff. The grounds are well lit, it's quiet and I couldn't be happier.

This is my first experience of living in an apartment for oh, 40 years. Ottavo lives up to its reputation as a residence that provides safety, cleanliness, quiet, excellent maintenance, and friendly service. The buildings are well maintained, the grounds are always being swept and kept in good repair. The layout of the apartment allows for plenty of sunshine and views of trees & grass.

I feel safe and listened to here. I love the layout of my apt.

Great community! nice and quiet and clean. Office staff Carrie, Selina and Lori are great always easy to communicate with. Maintenance is great always get work orders done fast and always communicate.

You WILL NOT find a better place in Albuquerque! The property is very quiet, well maintained, and run by friendly, caring staff that takes care of our community. Ottavo has several amenities on site that are in excellent condition along with the beautiful, well cared for grounds; and there are plenty of neighborhood perks nearby as well. Apartment units are in fantastic condition with updated appliances, and the units are very spacious! I feel very safe at Ottavo, and am happy to have found such a wonderful place to call home in Albuquerque!
