Apartment complex is very nice. Love taking a walk around the lakes. Quiet and gated. Office team is very considerate and takes care of any issues that arise very quickly and professionally. Love living here.

I have been here going on 5 years. I've enjoyed the wildlife and living by the middle pond . The maintenance crew has been fab . Gary , who has been incredible cleaning up everybodys dog poop is utterly amazing n a hard worker. The few downsides are : 1. Need for bigger Trash bins 2. Better lighting in parking lot. 3. Neighbors upstairs are brutally loud n can't sleep at nights . Office staff needs to meet everyone that lives here . Community is important.. My apt is comfortable n the Space is perfect for me ..

I have absolutely loved my time here! My daughter and I enjoy walks around the pond and the management has always been extremely cooperative with us and friendly! Management people are least bothered about residents.Very bad maintenance at the dumpster.They don’t even update in their system regarding reserved parking and when we ask them,they say “we are sorry about that”.As a resident we should pay the rent on time every month.Most of the pet residents are not responsible about their pet waste and they leave as it is on the grass and near the patios.It smells disgusting.When we ask about this to the leasing office people,they want us to take pictures of those pets who ever is making mess.This is really insane.Manager keeps on changing and there won’t be any update of this to the residents.The management is really bad.I believe this will recover soon.

Everyone at the office is so kind! I wasn’t able to get benefits from my apartment locators because the office couldn’t get in touch with them, but I love the apartment and that’s what matters! Clean, quiet, and safe! And the all of the surrounding stores are just as clean and new. Love it.

I've lived at Orion Prosper for almost five years... that says a lot about my resident experience which is generally positive. The maintenance staff is outstanding... can't say enough good things about their efficiency and courtesy!! While the security gate access has been an issue, it seems to be improving. At this time, my only negative is the noisy family that lives in the unit above mine. Overall, a 5 star review!!

Things have been good here so far. A few issues is the dog poop and people not picking up after their dogs and letting the dogs run free when on walks. Patios need to be clean, people dry their clothes on the patio. The breezeways need a good power washing.

I love living here. It’s mostly quiet and calming to me. I love taking my dog, Dori, for walks around the lakes and seeing all the ducks and turtles. The neighbors are nice and considerate. Maintenance is quick to respond to my needs.

I love Orion Prosper & the home I've made here in the community. The lake is beautiful; my daughter loves riding her bike around, which is something she could not do in my previous complex. I've been here over a year & just signed for another one. Great place to be!

Always so quiet. Whenever I have requested maintenance they are on top of things, there is usually something going on at the office one weekend a month.
I lived here over 3 years and it started out good . The grass areas are cracked and dry and full of stickers my dog gets all over. The bugs just creep in but the baby spiders will be your friends . Smaller trash bins , not enough room for everybodys trash .. I wrote emails of concerns and get zero answers . Big concern is that we live across from the school and only one way in and one way out from this apt. . Mornings take forever, cars trying to get to work and school zone coming home takes me 30 plus minutes right outside the apt . .Back gate locked. Not good lighting in parking lots . No cameras for security. They have aggressive dogs the office doesn't care. . No activities for adults, gym is way too small for 4 people with an apt this size . The positive . Maintenance guys are 5 stars . No one's gets fined as stated for bridge crossing or dog poop. Patios are a mess. My voice doesn't matter . Water bill is high for 700 sq ft .Washer n dryers are the cheapest and loud

Very peaceful community with lovely view and nature experience at door step. The move in was so smooth where Maddy helped us a lot in easy move in process. The pool is awesome and my niece enjoyed a lot this summer.

I am new to prosper moving from Garland and I must say Orion prosper is amazing. It’s a quiet community with very friendly people and office staff, I am moving from an apartment that was right next to the freeway so every night all I would hear is people racing down the highway in the middle of the night And then I had upstairs neighbors that would stomp Around all night and keep me awake, moving from a very noisy area to a nice quiet subtle community has been a blessing

I have been here 1.5 years now and I really have zero complaints. Hmm, the only thing I can maybe even think of is that the gate at the front and the app are incredibly slow. There is hardly any service by the gate so the connection isn’t great but overall everything else is wonderful. I really enjoy that the complex is centered around wildlife, it really creates a “sanctuary-type” feeling of living. I enjoy the ducks, turtles, bunnies, egherts and fish! The neighbors are great too. Everyone is very kind here from the staff to the residents themselves. Just emits good vibes when the community is generally happy.

The house is good but in the bathroom, the mirror is rusty and doors are squeaky. And the fan in the bathroom is so loud. But overall I love this place and I recommend many people to live here

I've been here 4 years . The ponds n wildlife are great . Quiet at night . Lots of parking and a small dog park . Maintenance is great . I do wish for more community parties and food trucks and a bigger gym and green space with benches to watch the beautiful wildlife here . Fishing is fabulous too.

great community, maintenance team is fast and efficient, Iam very happy with all maintenance requests, lots of open areas for walking, its prime location located on coit rd and close to all schools and shopping.

I am wrapping up my first year and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Maintenance team is efficient and responds timely. Love walking around the pond and enjoying the waterfowl. Great having a park close by. I have had little interaction with office staff, for me that is a plus. The couple of interaction I have had were positive and helpful. Looking forward to calling Orion home for years to come. I am waiting on renewal info, but sure they will be in touch timely.

I’ve been here for 5 years. The Orion Prosper staff goes above and beyond. I was a single mom, times have been tough financially in the past. when I communicated to them, they were more than happy to work with me. Also, the Maintenance men here work so hard and are quick to fix and solve anything I had happen in my apartment. everyone is like family. I definitely feel safe here and I am forever grateful.
