      I think the leasing office staff was super nice and informative. Everything was handled very professional, which made it easy to decide whether to apply for an apartment here. Because I feel like a person’s attitude and how they carry themselves goes a long way. Other than that; the property is well maintained and seeing a community that is pet-friendly was a plus for me!

      Just don’t live here. You’re gonna pay way overprice for a mediocre apartment. There’s trash and dog waste all over the property. Residents themselves have no respect for their neighbors or other community rules. Parking sucks and the towing company is even worse.

      Orion prospect does not treat there tenants well. They recently chose to tow there tenants cars for any reason they can find to nickel and dime their tenants. We pay our rent and deserve to park where we live in peace. I have lived here for several years but needless to say I will not renew my lease and will be looking for alternative living conditions ASAP. I have spoken to many of my neighbors and they feel the same. Worst place to live!!!!! I would have given them negative stars if that was an option.

      I love the amenities and the flexibility it gives one to their schedule here! It's very green and clean outside of our homes! I admit though there isn't much sound deadening between ceilings, floors and the bathroom vent, but it has been a very comfortable place to live in compared to my last apartment (which felt very unsafe to live in)!

      I love living at Orion Prospect because it is safe & no worries about finding a parking space. I love all the amenities of the exercise room & the swimming pool in the summer time.       I was without Hot water for three 1/2 DAYS and it is and was inconvenience to go somewhere else and shower. I have two jobs and it was not a good situation. When trying to fix a boiler for days, they should have bought a new one there are plenty of tenets that need to take showers and go to work. and they should hire more matience to help out here. every year this happens either no water or no HoT Water!!! this will be my last year here I have gone through having mice's, rats, and no water or hot water. this place use to me nice.

      contacted the main rental office for over two weeks and no reply from them so far . imagin what will happen if you lived in one of thier appartments and you needed a problem to be fixed . i can tell the customer service is awful and thank god i did not fail for their trap . stay away at any cost .

      I've been living here for about 10 months so far no complaints, love the area, its quiet and can't complain about the neighbors. The laundry room is nice, only problem sometimes people don't take out the clothes right away. The people in the office are nice, and helpful.

      I moved into the complex in 2017. I actually love living here. My first apartment I lived in was on the third floor. It was great other than walking up all those stairs. Lol, I had to move in a different apartment because I was actually going to move closer to my family that fell through. I decided to stay but my apartment was already leased out so I had to move into another building which they only had a second floor available which I do not like. I constantly hear my neighbors walking over my head, dropping things and etc. other than that it’s a great place to live!

      I have to admit I was skeptical about living here with all the negative reviews. I am now in the process of renewing for another year. I have always been a “washer and dryer in-unit and central HVAC” kind of girl, but the wall units are amazing in my unit. And the one in the living room is hidden in a cute shelving unit. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but they’re doing their best to improve that with the washing and painting. And the inside (at least mine) is super cute! I have an un-renovated apartment that comes with cabinets with a light brown finish and a pretty trim, cabinet hardware, vinyl wood flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a pretty grey speckled carpet all over elsewhere. All in all, it’s super cute! Not the typical “un-renovated” apartment I’m used to seeing others offer. I’d say it is close to the first base level renovation that I had at a former residence. The carpet is not super good quality and gets worn down easily even with my rigorous cleaning, but it’s an apartment. And it’s really only noisy because parents have gotten comfortable bringing their children into our fire lane alley way and let them scream until around 10pm every night. I think they forget they aren’t the only ones living here. Other than that, the staff has been great (especially Kelly and Nicole). Maintenance has ALWAYS addressed my concerns in a timely manner and are very nice guys. I am a little bummed to learn that some residents do, in fact, have a washer and dryer when I was told otherwise at signing. It’s awful having to pay for that necessity when I would have been open to paying more for a unit with them. Other than that, the team is great and I am never worried about them taking great care of me and any concerns I have. Did I mention the property manager, Kelly, though? She’s the best.

As for the washers and dryers, really only 15 apartments out of 783 have in-unit laundry.       Great First Apartment

      Minor problems were present after first few weeks of living there, but besides that, great first apartment. Maintenance might tell you that you don’t pay for water though, when in reality you pay for just about everything on TOP of rent so keep in mind.

If there are any remaining concerns, please bring them to our attention and we will work on correcting them immediately. Not sure why the maintenance would tell you you do not pay for water since they are all aware that the residents pay for this utility. During the leasing process, we do make it clear that water/trash are additional and not included. Please let me know if you have questions regarding this since we are on a RUBS system and it is a bit more difficult to explain that individual meters. Kindly - The Staff at Orion Prospect
