It is a beautiful community, super organized community and it seems peaceful. The amenities are so good, the pools are beautiful and the gym it is big and has the perfect machines.

Nice atmosphere, people are kind the apartments are roomy a little expensive , the office crew are kind and so are the maintenance crew. Its time soon for us to decide if we will renew or not and it’s depending on the price.

The apartments are very spacious and nice. We like them a lot, but I don't like that they are full of horrible cockroaches. Every month they charge us for pest control and no one is going to fumigate, even though we go to the office to complain, we get tired of doing it. It's horrible. You can't even lean on the kitchen because the cockroaches climb on us and if you open the pantry door, the areiba cockroaches fall on your head. The stove doesn't work, so we reported it to them and they told us it was okay because we didn't know how to use it. Every time the stove is turned on, it gets super hot, all red and throws out sparks.

Too noisy, neighbors don’t respect your apartment. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors as well as dog poop in plastic bags under the stairs. Neighbors bump on jumping on floor constantly. Front desk staff aren’t as personal as before. Plenty of yelling outside my window throughout the day.

We like the neighborhoor but waiting and had the apartment, even though We keep it clean every day. There’s a lot of cockroaches and supposed to be each month we pay for the pest control and if they came, it’s like once every four months because we receive an email saying that they’re gonna go inside the apartments Even though we go to the office and ask For the pest control, they never do anything but other than that I think the place it’s OK a little expensive but it’s OK just for the location

Just moved here, so far it’s good I have met some neighbors and they have been very kind, but we love the neighborhood , the apartment is beautiful and roomy we love the view from the patio and the kitchen has a lot of space especially the pantry!!!

maintenance is super quick to respond to requests and fix issues . i had lots of tedious things wrong moving in but they have been compliant and quick to fix everything.

New to the property so far so great. The management is responsive and the property grounds are amacculent. This is a huge fur baby community , just to note. No surprises the pictures online represented the unit well. If you like the pictures you will love the space!

Overall we have enjoyed our 3 years here. The townhome is nice with a great layout and feels like home. The swimming pool is nice. The fitness center is good, although they constantly run out of gym wipes. Location is also very convenient.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. I had an AC problem and they jumped on the issue pretty quickly. Maintenance has always been polite and professional. I do have a couple weird sound issues but I'm really sensitive to sound. But compared to my last apartment, it is heaven. Honestly, I think it's so quiet here that I'm just hearing more things now. The community is great. The garbage bin is conveniently located. There is plenty of parking for a guest. The mailbox is also very conveniently located. They use a service that has storage lockers for packages so you don't have to worry about getting your package stolen. I really like it here so far.
