Property Ratings at Orchard Park Apartments
I’ve only lived there for about a month and a half, but so far it is awesome! Great for the price! Central air and a fireplace! I even have a washer and dryer in my unit, I love the way the bedrooms are separated by the dining room. The only complaint is I wish she would open the hot tub! The manager said it should be open anytime but it’s still not open! Then she said it would be open for sure last week and it’s still not open I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it will open!
After living in many apartment building in San Jose Orchard park is by far the best one yet. The property is gated and kept clean. Maintenance is always done quickly and the two lady’s in the office are fantastic professional managers. All units come with washer dryer hook ups, wood burning fireplace, central AC and heating and dishwashers which is great for the prices here at orchard park.
Firstly, maintenance is great. They are always on site and got things done in a timely manner. Management is approachable and we never had any problems with them. As for the apartments, they aren't luxurious but it felt like home especially with the wood burning fire place. Neighbors were friendly and quiet, considering the apartments are fairly dispersed. This place was the cheapest complex we found in the San Jose area that accommodated our cat and met our needs. Personally, $2300-3000 elsewhere isn't worth the financial headache.
I been living here for 3 years. The apartments are ok, if something brake or is not working they fix it right away. You can have a washer and drier in your apartment and they take good care of the green areas and they recently re-pave and paint the parking areas. What I don't like is that they don't check how many people will live in the apartment and that the gates are open during the day so there are people from outside parking in the complex. Another advice, don't rent an apartment close to the swimming pool, you will regret it.
these apartments were once worth it priced at $1410 in a year rent raised to $1565 and in under a year $1710. Property management non responsive when contacted about above 20% rent raise. Apartment is very loud with people and children. Always some kind of loud landscaping starting at 8am. Neighboring apartments are low income and not very nice. Too many people live here without enough parking spaces. Pool is very very small. Property managers onsite a very nice and helpful and water and garbage are paid for.
Lived here almost a year. Management is ok. Service is done in a timely matter Whenever there's a problem in my apartment They're able to fix it. My kids locked themselves out and I was able to contact the office for spare key(they require ID to get a spare key which is good). Neighbors are very friendly and they mind they're own business. But On top of that the only problem is that rent is too high. I wouldn't mind living here, but I'm not sure if my family and I can afford the rent once our one year least is up.
