The staff was really helpful when I toured :) They were very welcoming ! I am student and my funds aren't huge and I didn't want roommates any more .Orbit gave me some very affordable options and very convenient for my student life style, the properties has definitely had some upgrades recently and I am glad I was able to lease here ! Everything in Austin is crazy expensive especially the closer you get ! would definitely recommend living here to students , anyone recently moving or anyone who is looking to live someone where were it won't cost you an arm and leg. less than 20 mins from Downtown ! Can't beat the price for that location ,

Yo tengo viviendo aqui buen tiempo y mis hijos les encanta vivir aqui una de las razones que he renovado es por ellos . La sra en la oficina tiene mucho tiempo trabajando y ell afue quien me ayudo . Solo algunos detalles con el parqueadero pero nada grave . Yo si recomiendo este lugar para llamarlo hogar.

Nice property I'm a single mother and the price is reasonable. The office team is awesome the same with the maintenance guy.

This property has recently renovated all of its amenities and I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and accomodating, Claudia, Vic, Yadi and the maintenance crew always do a great job and i am very happy to call Orbit my home :)

Trash liters the entire complex and roaches continuously invade your home. Terrible staff that immediately becomes rude and useless as soon as you move in. Any maintenance takes a week at least. Laundry services are pathetic and neighbors are loud all night. Do not move here unless completely desperate
Worst place ever. Cucarachas everywhere. Very dirty place. People always drinking and doing drugs in the parking area. I have a 2 year old and i had to call police because they pee around my window. They always drunk people.
I went to see an apartment for a friend moving from Jersey and there was a lady eating tacos in her office and another man . However another lady in the desk as you enter was so kind, I believe her name was Carmen. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the apartments Great Experience with her!

Pros: 1. Cheap, and neighbors mind their business. 2. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Cons: 1. Its located right off of the highway which can be troublesome just leaving the complex when there is dense traffic. 2. The staff communicates nothing to the residents unless they want you to renew but if your water stops working (which has happened multiple times) there will be no information about it before, during, or after. 3. Parking can get so bad that people sleep in their cars at night to avoid getting towed. THEY LIVE HERE. And visitor spots are almost always taken. 4. The laundry room is an absolute DISASTER. Every window is broken, the machines are constantly down, there are holes in the walls and dirt/scum/old clothes and trash everywhere.
WORST place I ever lived. Roach infested - doesn’t matter how many times you clean or if they spray you’ll have roaches. It’s very embarrassing. Also, there is no parking. I remember several times I’ve driven around the parking lot for 2 hours at night to find a parking space. Management sucks. The property manager was never in and was altogether unhelpful. Don’t even think about having a guest because they won’t have anywhere to park unless they Uber to your place.
