A lot of back-and-forth to get the lease finalized. Showed up to do the move-in and no lease was prepared and we were told we could not get our keys. I just made a three day move from Florida and had nowhere to stay. Fortunately, they worked it out in the 11th hour, but it was very stressful.
The front desk staff are all amazing however the recent construction and problems with the building have made it undesirable. Also, we have a lifeguard and pool staff however the pool is always dirty and never cleaned

This community is beautiful and living there is very nice. The shuttle is extremely helpful for commuting to New York. It’s also very nice to have so many amenities.

Maintenance doesn’t fix things soon enough, stairways need to be cleaned, there is a bug problem too. I had 2 wasps come out of my bathroom vent a few weeks ago.
This is my first apartment and I have absolutely loved living here! Everyone is super nice and staff is always very helpful! All of the amenities that are offered are amazing and they really do a lot to help out students. Oneten sometimes does game nights where you can win prizes like groceries. I love being apart of the Oneten Community!

Lexi has got to be the best worker in the office. She goes above and beyond to help out all the time. The maintenance guys are also so quick to respond to any work orders put in. Overall OneTen is definitely the best place student living to stay at and is so close to South’s campus!

coming from living in a townhouse to a luxury building with amenities I enjoying knowing my packages will not be stolen, I can use the gym whenever I need, and I feel safer.

Having lived in the area for 8 years, this complex is a little more removed from all the bars/restaurants. However I've enjoyed my time living here. There could be better communication between the leasing team and myself but overall would still sign a lease.

The community is very welcoming. I am quite pleased with the great attitudes of the staff. The staff is very helpful. When I toured the apartment, my tour guide was excellent.

Property in general is great, everything is always clean and front desk is always so nice and welcoming. Management is not good and difficult to communicate with.

Great bang for you buck, but remember rates go up the later you wait to renew or sign your lease so if you know this is where you want to be… sign quick! The emenities are great even if you aren’t a college student. The staff is awesome and the grocery bingo and free food every other week really helps us broke college students out! It may be a little noisy at times because of the college kids that do live there and want to party, but it is not unbearable. Also I would highly encourage you to consider buying a VIP parking spot if you can get one close to your apartment, it just takes the stress away from having to fight for parking.

The building is great, new, clean and close enough to both Jersey City and Hoboken. Amenities are great but aren’t always kept up with by maintenance.

It’s a great spot! Awesome amenities and very close to the Hoboken Path (with a shuttle!) for all those Manhattan commuters. My wife and I are really really happy with our choice!

All the good reviews here are for onsite maintenance alone. Don't fall for the good rating. One Ten apartments will not return your security deposit and they take a microscope to find minute wear and tear and charge you for it. I stayed here only for four months, I paid hefty lease break fee (TWO MONTHS RENT EXTRA!!) and they are charging me for water damage to bathroom cabinet!! There is no water damage at all, the door is perfectly in tact and all I can see is minute wear/tear to the top edge of the door. DO NOT RENT HERE otherwise YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!! They will charge you by telling lies that you damaged the apartment.
Staff is amazing and always friends. Neighbors always say hello. Building is very pet friendly, which is great because we have a puppy who feels welcomed by everyone around her. Very clean area with tons of privacy.

The cleaning crew and concierge are great! The mandatory monthly maintenance and fire alarm testing is frustrating and management will not cater to your schedule at all or listen to you when you have complaints. Shuttles on weekends would be nice too.
