ONB is filled with a vibrant community and supportive staff. There are constant events, providing opportunities for meeting great people and community. Would highly recommend to all!

I've lived here for many years and overall my experience has been very good. My maintenance requests are always responded to timely. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I'm often not on the premises for the resident events so that feels like wasted fees for me.

One North has been an amazing community, with excellent management team, maintenance & cleaning team keep the buildings clean and up kept! The amenities are worthwhile and in great working order! Definitely recommend to come check it out!

The maintenance crew at ONB is great! They are always courteous, professional and they always clean up after they're done. 10 out of 10.

Staff is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The property is conveniently located with a variety of amenities and guest activities. Dog and cat friendly. The cost of living here is well worth it.

It is a garbage dump pretending to be a luxury apartment building. Tenants constantly violate rules, smoking prevails throughout both buildings and amenities are run down and management is even worse.

One North is a lovely community. I mainly keep to myself but residents in the building are generally friendly and courteous. The management and maintenance staff work hard and are a delight to interact with. They are so helpful. The building is fantastically maintained. I love it here and the people I’ve met in Chelsea so far.

If you want a nice place to live close to Boston- We recommend this Community- In our apt we don’t have any issues with neighbors.

Great building with great amenities. Didn't enjoy my move-in process, I asked the leasing agent for help with some info so I could complete the requirements for my move-in, but after a couple emails I didn't get any help which made my process so much longer and stressful. On top of it, I never got a heads up about no carts to help you move your stuff during move-in, so it was quite an unpleasant surprise when we got there and found out about it. If you're not going to have any carts, at least give a heads up.

The management, office staff and maintenance staff are always professional, courteous and efficient. Very great customer service and work ethic.

It is a pleasant community. People are nice and the management is great! Especially Marilyn and Paola.

It’s very expensive to live here and it’s too close to a train intersection.

I've lived at One North for 9 years and just renewed my lease. As a single woman, not only do I feel safe and comfortable as a resident, but I'm also happy to be there. I love my apartment and appreciate all the amenities. Everyone from the Property Manager to the maintenance staff is professional, attentive and friendly. I love having friends in the building and being so close to Boston and Route 1. I highly recommend living at One North.

One North is a fantastic place to call home. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and caring. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a great community. The apartments are clean with great finishes and appliances. Common area amenities are awesome (2 pools!). Also, the quick access to Boston is perfect. I have loved living here for many years!

I have absolutely loved living here and I am so sad to leave! I have never lived somewhere this nice, it is modern and the apartments are great quality, the amenities are extensive and clean and the office is responsive and friendly! I would stay here for years if I wasn't moving for a job.

This is an excellent place to live. You can relax and enjoy the amazing amenities, as well as be in a very pet supportive environment. It’s clean and modern. The staff is wonderful and always helpful! This is a fabulous place to stay for a short time or make your home. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

The Office and Maintenance staff at 100 Heard street are always helpful and friendly. The entire staff is managed very well! Everyone is very professional and attentive to residents needs.

One North of Boston is the perfect apartment for young professionals. While it is quite close to the city, I feel as though my living space is calm and relaxing. Easy access to the public transportation and superb amenities also make living at One North a pleasure.

One North of Boston provides a great living experience for an individual in graduate school. I feel safe and very happy to be in a apartment that provides great amenities. I feel that continuing social activities for residents is a great opportunity to meet other residents .

The hallway near the elevators consistently smell like garbage due to the trash room being nearby. There’s often dog pee in the elevator and the dog poop residue near the entrance to the building. Worst of all, they are unethical and lack transparency when it comes to the deposit. I knew I wouldn’t get the full amount returned, but they claimed that they had to replace the carpet in my bedroom due to a stain on the carpet which cost about $400 or $500! I was rarely in that room, so I there’s absolutely no way that there was a stain…and certainly not one bad enough that the whole carpet would need to be replaced! The assistant manager said she had pics. I’ve called and emailed them twice about it, and have not heard a response. I rarely leave bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this place is shady and unethical, so I feel the need to warn people what you may possibly face should you choose to lease here.

The property is exactly what I hoped it would be. Management is very responsive and flexible. One thing that really has been convenient is the dog focused amenities, such as the on-site dog park/area. This fenced in dog park is open to all residents. The area is managed by Fetch! which is top of class. They offer flexible doggy daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, etc. The groomer is beyond amazing. So hard to find a good groomer! They recently brought in a new onsite manager (Katie) who is very passionate about her work and clearly loves what she does. This made dropping off my puppy for daycare easier for me (always nerve racking to hand over your dog). She took some time to ask questions about my dog and build a rapport. Besides Fetch! The dog park is a great social area and every owner is responsible and attentive which alleviates the stress of a bad situation/dog fight.

Hi, I moved to One North because of how convenient it is to everything! My roommate works in Salem, I work in Newton and this was right in the middle at an affordable price. We loved how close it was to the highway to get into Boston and how easy it was to get to the Northshore. One North offered the opportunity to both be so close to the highway (we could never hear it and we faced it!) and also to be in a residential neighborhood. We explored other options and knew they could not work with us. We have a dog and needed a little neighborhood to be able to walk him and One North was the only choice. In addition, we love all that One North had to offer. Large, spacious rooms, excellent facilities including the pool, amenities spaces, and especially the Carter Park Crossfit Gym. One North offers the true community feel and you will easily make friends here.

One North of Boston is great for your pup! The Fetch doggy daycare program is literally one of the best amenities about this apartment complex. If you have a dog (or event a cat), they will show you so much love and affection towards your animals. They are definitely seasoned professionals. My dog pulls me towards Fetch every morning on our walk. The current manager of Fetch is so good with all the dogs, and extremely knowledgeable about their behavior and you can trust her 100% with your pup! The staff in the leasing office is not the best by far, but Fetch staff and the doggy day care amenity are the best thing about One North.

One North is super pet friendly. They have a Doggy Daycare on site called FETCH! They not only care for your pup but also pick up and drop off at your apartment if you need it. I would not know what I would’ve done with my pup now that I’m going back into the office. The team at FETCH are caring and super professional. Especially Katie! Katie has got to be one of the sweetest, caring, and kindest folks that I know. I say this because she cares, treats and loves on my pup (Pickles) as if he was hers; and that means the world to me. Knowing that Katie is watching Pickles gives me piece of mind when going into the office. She quickly messages me if something happens to Pickles. I definitely trust her and appreciate her for the care she gives to Pickles.

After living here for 2 years, I take back everything in my review below. Although One North seemed incredibly promising at first – and the staff did a great job at making this place wonderful initially – something happened around the 10-12 month mark of living here. Leasing consultants came and went, super noisy and inconsiderate neighbors started moving in, and management stopped caring. I have neighbors down the hall that throw parties until 3-4am every other weekend, will hang out in the halls, pop balloons in the hall at 4am (which is a terrifying way to be woken up, might I add), and have their guests running down the halls screaming. And management does absolutely nothing about it. But a dog barks for a few minutes and all of a sudden management cares because it's a "disruption to a resident's right to a quiet living environment" and makes it "impossible for management to do their job" (WAIT...WHAT?!) The noise in this place is ridiculous. Neighbors throw parties until 3-4am or hang out in the hallway, and neighbors turn up the music so loud you can hear it in your unit. There's constant construction on Route 1. The Crossfit gym across the street blasting music at all hours of the day. Every resident and their Peloton bikes cause apartments below and next to them to literally shake (I wish I was joking, but I actually had some stuff fall over the other day because my upstairs neighbor was getting their Peloton workout in). I didn't notice the noise during my first year because I was working in an office all day, but now that I work from home and spend 90% of my time at home, it's become unbearable. The only saving grace about One North is Fetch. The doggy daycare staff are THE BEST HUMANS IN THE WORLD and I love them to death. Having a place to send my dogs to get their energy out is amazing. But it's the people at Fetch that make the place what it is. They truly care about your dogs. And they care about the dog parents too. Plus having the dog park and grooming salon onsite to take your dogs to when daycare isn't open is fantastic. Fetch is hands-down the best part about One North of Boston. There's nothing I'll miss about this place. (I would say I'd miss Fetch, but the place I'm moving to also has Fetch...so we good.)

I moved in to One North in May of 2017 with my boyfriend and our dog. After seeing the building, the amenities and meeting the incredible staff, moving in was an easy decision to make. It felt like home quickly as the community was welcoming and our dog was well-taken care of by the Fetch staff. The location and overall convenience is a huge part of why I am now into my second year as a resident.

This apartment is perfect for young professionals. The pools are great and very social during the summer. The new building is incredibly modern with the grey wood kitchens. The staff has always been very helpful to me and do actually care about the residents. The walls are sound proof! There are dogs on either side of me and I never hear them. For going into the city day-to-day or even on the weekends you cannot beat the location to T/cheap uber rides while not having to pay "city prices". Gym, basketball court, and lounge are always kept clean. Could not be happier in this apartment!

This is the best apartments in the whole city of chelsea.
