Property Ratings at One City Place
Sadly it’s gone rapidly down hill over last few years. Elevators are not working and the renovations on them has stopped. Maintenance staff cut by half. Garage doors often go weeks not working making the garage unsafe. AJH Management is running the building into the ground

Great location, but the management is terrible. Many problems including heat, air conditioning, and plumbing that take way too long to get fixed. Doesn’t seem like management cares about much else other than collecting rent.

We aim to take care of any maitenance issues quickly and efficiently. If you are having issues with your A/C please reach out to us at (914) 997-6462 so we can fix the problem.
New management since September 2019. In that time, we have had the WP Building Dept stop unapproved renovations to our Community Room. When finally completed, the room is cold and unwelcoming. All hard surfaces and sharp edges, even in children's play area. The common area "kitchen" has no oven, dishwasher or freezer. Nice coffee bar, when it works, but not way to make iced coffee, as there is no ice maker. The plus side is the great location.
One city place is the greatest place to live in upper Westchester and the team here is second to none.

City Place is a real find- a community of tenants who are friendly but not intrusive and experienced building professionals who are responsive and efficient The views are fabulous and the location proximate to Target ShopRite NORDSTROM Rack and best of all the movies! Walk to MetroNorth for the Express to Manhattan Great gym and pool Love this place

City Place offers the opportunity to live in the heart of White Plains, easy access to shopping and restaurants, caring staff and management, wonderful amenities and planned activities along with spacious apt., high ceilings and aisles and in our case beautiful views. Management keeps updating to maintain the building. All in all in feels like home.

Living at One City Place has been a joy. Being steps away from City Center makes shopping, theater and movie going easy. My husband is a member of NY Sports club so he only has a very short walk to take classes that he enjoys. One City Place also has a state of the art gym and he meets with his trainer there once a week. I could go on but that's it for now. My compliments to the Management
