Property Ratings at One Cathedral Square
Living there was exhausting. They won’t give you a key for your apartment and you need your cell phone to go anywhere. Need to get to the lobby? You need your phone. Need to use the elevator? You need your phone. There is no where to park that’s affordable. There is homeless people everywhere. You are forced to walk passed the lobby staff every time you leave or come back so you are obligated to be social every time you want to leave your apartment. Living here was a chore. It was the worst month of living anywhere. I would’ve rather have been homeless.

It looks like you may have been staying in one of our corporate units leased by our corporate provider. We implemented cutting age technology that aids in the integrity of our building and our residents find this valuable and comforting. I apologize that you felt uncomfortable walking by our concierge team. They are a bright spot in our residents day wishing them well and welcoming them home. In regards to the homeless population, unfortunately this is a situation that solely does not exist in Philadelphia. We have a new mayor in office now and she has provided directive to address this situation to assist those in need. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention for us to address your concerns. Again, we apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience while temporarily residing with us. I moved here recently, and I have been very satisfied with all aspects of this experience. Building and appliances are brand new, the location is convenient and the view on Logan square is just amazing. Very happy of my choice. The best decision we made was to move into the One Cathedral Square. We have been welcomed by everyone from the get-go. We toured with Andrew and he was incredibly patient and nice taking us through several units until we found the one. Aaron and Cedric are always wiling to give a hand. Terez has ALWAYS a calming energy and has something nice to say. In our first week here, we needed a quick fix and, within minutes of submitting the request, Ryan not only had replied and come to fix the issue but he was also incredibly caring and patient with our pup. The resident events are amazing and Michael is always open to suggestions, and he greets the residents with open arms. Jonathan has always a smile and our dog adores him. And we cannot even say about the amount of detail and perfection put in the building. The views are breathtaking and the amenities are everything we could hope for. We really found a home better than any expectations we could have had!

We found the manager to be warm and friendly and he took us all around the building to show us a couple of options for suites, amenities, common areas and all the building technology! He was patient and answered all of our questions. The building itself is stunning and once we saw the top floor amenities we were blown away with the view and quality of the space. I had the pleasure of touring with Michael at One Cathedral Square. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the building and the surrounding neighborhood and was able to answer all of my questions. The building is beautiful and well-constructed in a lovely neighborhood, still close to center city, but away from too much of the hubbub. This building is a very stylish building in a great location close to everything. My experience here has been great so far. The apartment has a well thoughtout layout and a great view of logan square. It also has rooftop amenities which is a nice place to relax or workout. The building staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. They really make you feel at home!

One Cathedral is a wonderful place to call home. Everything is fantastic from the apartment itself to the amenities to the building staff. The staff have made me feel warm and welcomed here. Can’t say I’ve ever had that feeling before moving into a rental building. My apt has nice finishes, huge windows and is the perfect layout. Highly recommend this building. Moved in 1 month ago! The location of this brand new building is phenomenal! Everything is brand new and clean. However, the best part of living here is the staff. The staff is unbelievably helpful with any questions that we had. The views from our apartment is great. Maintenance is very quick and responsive as well. A+ experience thus far!

I moved-in recently and I would highly recommend One Cathedral Square apartments managed by Bozzuto! Beginning from the detailed website design and apartment listings as well as virtual tours to the actually signing the lease and moving-in was a smooth experience. I was impressed by the dedication and professionalism displayed by the team. My 1 bed apartment is very well designed with latest amenities and security systems. It is peaceful! The staff is very co-operative and helpful. We're so happy to have chosen this community as our new home! The location is absolutely perfect, as we're steps away from Logan Square with tons of restaurants nearby. I like the fact that we're close to all of the action but still removed from downtown noise. Aside from the perfect location, the apartments are beautiful with so much natural light! Above all else, the team here is amazing. Ray and Terez are always friendly and truly helpful. John, Andrew, and Adam were instrumental in finding us the perfect place from 1500 miles away. We took a chance on this new community and are so glad we did!!!

Great location and awesome staff. Very professional and polite. Concierge was the best I've seen in along time. Can't wait to see amenities when they are complete.

One Cathedral square is the epitome of luxury in an amazing location. The modern finishes and high end appliances are what every resident is seeking in a home in todays market. The views are just stunning and I can’t wait to come back and see the finished rooftop amenities. Michael and Adam were a pleasure to work with in touring the building and everything the grounds have to offer.
