One Canyon Place

Fantastic meeting very helpful I came in on Saturday February 22nd for a walk through of a one bedroom apartment. Super helpful team and fantastic complex. Looking forward to applying to move in.

This place is a total dump! The trash area is a complete mess bags of garbage piled up everywhere and the compactor always breaks. The front gates always break. The fence is barely standing and filthy covered in algae and dirt. Everything is old. The worst office staff are unprofessional. This is what you get if you live here.

This has to be the worst place in Puyallup. It's run down the fence is in dire need of replacement, that's what residents have to look at. Having to look at the office staff is bad enough their both terrible and unprofessional there is a reason so many vacant apartments.

This complex looks as if it's given up on itself. Definitely not a nice new community surely needs remodeling. There is a reason why they have so many vacant apartments. Her motto is if you don't like it then move and that's exactly what's happening.

Always timely Maintenance tech took care of the repair very quickly.

Most tenants have big dogs and big piles of dog poop everywhere. Our neighbor has three always barking we never have peace. This place needs updates basic white appliances and fridge from 2004. This place is old and dreary. And the fence looks terrible. The manager is extremely rude. Tenants get high in their cars. We are moving as is everyone else.

Mold, ant's and dog poo. Just a nasty dump. Just unbelievable

The price you pay for the apartment is ridiculous. You get subpar appliances, poorly built cabinets, dog poo all across the grassy areas and a front gate that’s broken half the time. On top of that you have a mold problem in some apartments even if you have your windows open. Maintenance is a joke and you barely get any use out of the amenities. The dumpster is always overflowing and no one cares about the quite hours. I’d look elsewhere. On top of that, even if you spend hours making your apartment spotless for move out, they’ll take you’re security deposit and charge an additional $100. No pets or anything plus the carpet was “brand new” when I moved in.

Whats terrible about this place? My apartment has flooded twice. They enter your apartment when you're not there and leave the doors unlocked when they leave! The "property managers" make Roseanne look like a Saint. The garbage is always piled up everywhere. Tweekers working on their pos cars all day and all night. And everything breaks constantly.

I applied for an apartment on July 12th that’s as listed as available in august but not actually available until mid to late September . They contacted me to say it wouldn’t be available on the dates and they can cancel application. They still charged me $485 ….for an application that was never filed? I never moved in never got an application filed and when asked for the money the said they would mail a check which I never got and when I disputed with my bank they said I wasn’t owed the money . I’m out $485 for an apartment they never even ran an app for. It’s now September 1st.

The staff here has been very helpful since I had to move in fast. Then I had my checking account hacked and had to wait until I was given the money back to pay my rent. I appreciate how responsive the staff is. If there is a problem they resolve it nonce Theo are aware of it.

This place does not care at all about the people who live here. First of all on the gate it states 24hr security surveillance. The only surveillance is on the club house and office. So they are safe and tenants are not. I was robbed my 2 men claiming to be maintenance. When I spoke to Linda, the Property Manager, she basically told it was my fault because I opened the door. I rented here because it was a gated community and had security cameras' So how did they get in? Its been over a week and still waiting to get info requested about security footage. Between Linda and Terry ( who claims she doesn't know anything because she is only there on weekends and there is so much to learn and answers the phone whenever I call), I do not know who the bigger liar is. Counting the days till my lease is up and I can get out of this place. No wonder people are always leaving here. Right now there 16 empty apartments. It's a shame because they are nice apartments but the management SUCKS!

You will receive a $50 vacate notice for everything rent has steadily increased without fixing a thing there is mold and dog crap everywhere during the snowfall they only shoveled the rental office so no residents could get out also there is never enough parking don't waste your money KEEP LOOKING.

Great quite place to live, spacious apartment. . the office staff is great The apartment move in was great and easy thanks to Linda the office manager I had a issue after moving in the maintenance crew handled fast and professional The weight room is great basketball court is great Love the fire place and great lighting

I have lived here since 2012!!!! Love this place, so easy to take a quick walk to Safeway!!! Staff members are absolutely amazing!!! Makes living here such an warm vibe!!!

Outstanding support from the entire front office staff and maintenance staff. I feel like I matter. I have been given attention and care that I would expect from a professional group of people. The prices are reasonable for the many amenities and the community is clean with quiet and respectful neighbors. I've recommended One Canyon Place to a number of my friends and colleagues. I have no complaints since I moved her in March of 2015!

Great storage space! Great location, located right next to the freeway and a bunch of restaurants as well as directly next to a safeway so very convienient. Perfect for a first time renter or an experienced renter. The office staff is very welcoming and helpful. Only things I would change are the hours of the club house to be open later.

The apartment community is right in the middle of everything you would need, I never have to drive more than 15 minutes to get to where I need. The pet policy is awesome and they have dog waste stations everywhere. The apartments are good sized and rent is pretty decent for the area.
