The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I’ve lived in apartments with paper thin walls before but fortunately the walls here are thick so you have a bit more privacy, the balcony is pretty spacious too. I’m writing this right before winter time but we had a lot of fun at the pool in the summer time. It’s also nice to have family friendly events to look forward to every now and then. (: Units are nice in size and for the price as well.

Hello! Thank you for taking time out of your day to provide us with feedback about our excellent Maintenance Technicians. Our dedicated team always strives to provide 5-star service. Please contact us directly at ResidentServicesMN@MonarchInvestment.com to let us know how we can get there! We look forwarding to hearing from you.
The one good thing is that the walls are thick and you can hardly hear your neighbors. But you can smell what they are cooking or smoking easily, but unless you catch them in the act apparently, managements hands are tied. Police visits more than I can count. People do car maintenance at all hours, and leave old car parts/trash in the parking lot. Got an amazing $20 bucks back from my deposit with no explanation. Only place I have EVER broken a lease to get out of living there.
I have lived at Olympik village for 2 years now. Minor damage to the unit on move in, and had to have them fix a few things immediately after move it. Water heat in finicky, constant smell of weed from other residents, and a plethora of stains on ever hallway carpet. Not much in unit storage, especially in bathroom and kitchen. The management is ok on a good day. Sometimes unresponsive and never very friendly. For the price, the actual units are fairly nice. Walls are thick so the only time I hear my neighbors is from the hallway. Balcony is large, though lacks any sort of view. Worst part of living here is the other tenants who are loud, disrespectful, messy, disruptive, and rarely follow apartment policies. Other tenants often mess with with building door so it doesn't lock. NOT a secure and safe building.

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for college with one roommate. Olympik Village is a great place for families and college students. The apartment got new carpet and vinyl floors before we moved in and it is very clean. The application process is very easy and quick and the management here is very helpful and accommodating.
