I’ve lived at Oltera in SoEast for a while now and honestly can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. Ashley, Alejandra and Sean—are always friendly and remember me by name, which makes it feel so welcoming every time I stop by the office. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, they jump on it right away and make sure I’m taken care of. The maintenance crew is just as awesome. They respond super quickly to service requests and actually fix things the first time, plus they’re always polite and respectful when they come by. It’s obvious they take pride in keeping the property looking great and making sure residents feel comfortable. Living here really does feel like home because the staff goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much—I feel lucky to be a resident at Oltera!

Worst experience ever! I have only been living here for about 4 months and already have had various leaks from the ceiling. They keep blaming it on different leaks every time and claim to “fix” them and they just come back. This has been going on for over a month now. Not only do these leaks cause a bad smell but also bring cockroaches inside the apartament. When i asked to cancel my lease because it is not safe to live there they want to charge me so much money because the issues have been “ resolved”. When clearly there is mold growing from this leak in the ceiling and they seem to just paint over it. Horrible experience.

I made a great decision in picking this complex! The leasing office staff was personable, kind, attentive, and informative about the entire process. Getting all my paperwork and lease agreement was a smooth process. After touring multiple complexes, I chose this one because it came down to what was the best fit for my budget and what I wanted out of an apartment complex which was a secure complex, a layout that worked for my lifestyle and needs, and attentive and kind staff - all which I got in this apartment complex!

The management team is helpful and professional, the maintenance and ground staff keep the grounds clean and well maintained, the appliances are new and works well, and the environment is quite and pleasant to live in.

Oltera in SoEast is the best community I've ever lived in. The entire management team and maintenance crew are all the best, and the complex amenities are fantastic! We're only a few minutes from downtown, beautiful nature trails, and we have plenty of restaurants, bars, and a HEB right around the corner.

Oltera is a great place to live, the apartments are brand new and beautiful, the common areas clean and peaceful, and the people in charge are very friendly and helpful. I don't think I have ever lived so comfortably in Austin until I came here.

Oltera in SoEast is a newly remodeled community that is very resident focused and dog friendly. The management team is super friendly, always helpful, and quick to resolve issues. Only 5 minutes from downtown and there is a plethora of restaurants, bars, and parks/trails in the area. Highly recommend!

Very good price for location, amenities, and apartment condition. There are some cheap finishes here and there in the apartment but management is very accommodating and responsive.

Best option to live! The renovation they did in the apartments is incredible. It has such a combination of new and elegant with natural areas and space between buildings. The leasing office is very caring and made me feel at home. Specially Sean, he is the best!

I moved in July 7th to a newly remodeled unit. Unfortunately some of the new appliances were not working as they should have (at no fault of the community) Oltera team acted immediately to address all of my concerns. I am impressed and extremely pleased at the service here at Oltera in SoEast.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Oltera which truly exceeded my expectations. The pool area provided a serene oasis for relaxation, complete with comfortable loungers and a refreshing atmosphere. The well-equipped clubhouse offered a fantastic space to socialize and entertain guests, with its inviting ambiance and ample seating. The state-of-the-art fitness center ensured my workout routines remained uninterrupted, boasting top-notch equipment and a motivating atmosphere. The inclusion of a convenient dog washing station was a game-changer for pet owners like myself, and the adjacent dog park allowed for endless playtime and socialization. Oltera at SoEast are genuinely wonderful apartments with lots of amazing amenities, fair prices, nice and beautiful floorplans and apartments, and a lovely community including neighbors and staff. I've lived in many apartments in the past, both good and bad, and Oltera is definitely one of the good ones.
We love the apartment! The entire apartment has been renovated and is very modern and clean. Washer and dryer are included, plus the trash and package delivery services are so helpful and convenient. So far, it has been extremely quiet and feels family friendly with our toddler. Also very dog friendly with a great dog park. The pool is awesome and I can see how it may be the place to be in the summer. Location is also great with an H-E-B less than 5 minutes away. Also, quick access to the airport and downtown.
Oltera in SoEast is a new community with lovely residents and responsive staff. I feel right at home in this community and it's security measures help me feel safe.
This place is beautiful. I absolutely adore my apartment and the surroundings. It is still under construction but it kind of gives it that VIP feel! If you looking for a fun, beautiful and safe place to live in south Austin, this place is great and priced really well!! Don’t see myself going anywhere!!
I am so impressed with how accommodating the office staff has been. I know with brand new complexes not everything goes according to plan with deadlines of construction and so on so I know they have to deal with a lot & even with all of that going on they are so kind, respectful & very on top of things. I love that I'm not even to the door & they have my packages in hand for me-it truly makes you feel more at home & where you belong. :)
