I wish my desk could've been fixed before deadline. I'm scared to put in a work order now because I don't want to be charged for it. Maintenance gave me a temporary fix so I'm hoping that will last for now. there were a couple noticeable damages when I showed up

I’ve loved my time here so far! The building is so nice overall. I live on the same floor as the annex and fitness room, so it’s very convenient. And any issues I’ve had, it’s been resolved very quickly by the amazing staff! Love it here

So far so good! Loving the gym quality and the steam room with the tanning beds! Also the view of A mountain really showcases how pretty Tempe is! The rooftop pool is also my personal favorite!

I love living here! All of the amenities are so amazing (especially the gym). The only bad part is my stinky roommates :(. I'm looking forward to resigning my lease.
I adore the interior architecture of my unit. The view is amazing. The location is fab. Those are the positives. The negatives are: lack of consistent security, garage gates constantly not working, lack of cleanliness, pot smoking, front door FOB pad not working, etc.

Many doors are unlocked allowing anyone to come onto the property including the gym, pool, garage, and front door. Several times strangers have been removed from the gym for trespassing and cops were called with no update from the staff. Until February, there was no safety patrol.
Application process was straight-forward, felt like the time for responses were considerable and every inquiry I had was answered clearly. Looking forward to staying here.

Oliv is a great apartment complex. The amenities are great, it is a clean building, garbage is always picked up, maintenance staff are responsive, and the price is lower in comparison to other options. It is an amazing location super close to campus with your apartment having beautiful views to A Mountain or overlooking University Drive! I strongly recommend you live here.
I have been living here for over a year and I love it so much. The staff is really nice and accommodating and the amenities are hard to beat!
Property, amenities, and area are amazing but staff who answer the phone could be rude and don't know a lot about the building. It is also hard to get in touch with staff from the community, I called for two days before getting someone on the phone
This apartment community is AMAZING! From before we signed a lease and throughout the year the staff has been welcoming and hosts fun events. My future roommate and I were able to have a blast at one of the events, met a bunch of future residents, fellow ASU students, and won a TV at Bingo Night. The Oliv Staff truly creates a great environment for college students to meet new people in Tempe and in the Oliv Community!
