Oliv Madison

Lots of noise/walls are thin but nice amenities. There's a coffee shop connected to the building which is nice for residents. There's a lot of common areas downstairs to study and hangout with others.

Good overall experience. Everyone is pretty chill and nice. I love the vibes of the pool and other community areas. Sometimes a bit noisy tho in the halls and stuff

Oliv apartment is an amazing place to stay in. You can stay here with your friends and chill. It has all the fitness amenities in case you’re into fitness

Move in was smooth & effortless! Such nice people helping out & my apartment is very nice & cozy!! The in-unit laundry is awesome & the amenities are even better.

Everything has been great so far I really enjoy living here so far! They hired movers to help with the move in experience which is so helpful. Some other things I enjoy are the amenities such as the gym, pool, sauna, and all the restaurants attached. Super excited for the school year.

Everything is perfect and the layout especially has really caught my eye. Additionally, swimming pools, gym and sauna rooms are really great as well.

The Oliv Madison building is pretty nice and equipped with the latest features as it is newly made. Very excited and keen to move in. From what i have seen so far it looks amazing.

The apartment is pretty nice. I’ve had an enjoyable experience so far. It’s a 2-bedroom apartment with spacious rooms and modern amenities. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location. Minor issues with the floorboards.

very good customer service! I really like how close to everything I am. The roof top is also very nice and a good place to hangout with friends.

I had an early move in at the end of July. This apartment complex is amazing. It has every amenity you can think of, and I am so excited this will be my home during the 2024-2025 academic school year. The apartment itself has a great view looking over State Street. I love that is was fully furnished and I did not have to worry about bringing a bed, couch, etc. And it has the washer and drying right in the apartment which is so convenient. It is truly an awesome complex!

All of staff is so kind! They are very professional. When I have some question about the olive, they answered determiner things to me. I think I did choose good resident.

Very good environment and well designed facilities, time regulations aside l very good team to at works hard to achieve a successful apartment life.

I recently moved into Oliv Madison Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the incredibly helpful and professional staff. They made sure all my questions were answered and guided me through every step with ease. The amenities at Oliv Madison are top-notch. I especially love the fitness center, which is well-equipped and always clean. The community spaces, including the lounge and the rooftop terrace, are perfect for relaxing or socializing with neighbors. The management also organizes fun events that help foster a sense of community among residents.

Love it! Everyone is very helpful and quick to answer questions about anything. Excited to move in soon and get to see my new apartment. Great location too

Living at Oliv madison has been a remarkable experience. The proximity to the university is incredibly convenient, making commutes to campus quick and easy. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, with excellent amenities such as a fitness center etc

After touring Oliv for the first time yesterday, I was super impressed with the site as a whole. The amenities, the clean look to the building, and being able to see the room really excited me to become a resident.

I love oliv and all of the amenities. One thing to note is you have to pay for a month of rent a month before you actually move in which was very unexpecting to me

The staff made it super smooth and helpful, and we were able to get things done very quickly. My only gripe is the way the email confirmation system works during the leasing process was inefficient. It could have done a better job telling me next steps or what still needed to be done. For example, I was never notified that my guarantor received something and they needed to sign. Just some sort of progress tracking or next steps to make it clear would be nice, as I kept having to call the office with questions on status. If I hadn’t reached out we could’ve easily fallen into a standstill. That said, the office was quick and helpful every time I got a hold of them.

Loved how simple it was to get information on leasing. I think that the Oliv team did a great job with making me feel welcomed to the community. I couldn’t be more excited to move in this upcoming fall semester!

Process was smooth, and staff was helpful. There's not much more to say. The lease was very long, but I appreciated how thorough it was. Great experience.
