I really love the space, location, and amenities offered here, I just wish the pool was opened while the sun is still out. Other than that, I've enjoyed my time here thus far.
Our washing machine was broken and Frannk helped us with bringing a new one! They were super nice and patient and walked us through the steps.
I really enjoy the building; however, I am extremely disappointed that the rooftop is completely closed off. That is a huge amenity that I pay for and lack access to. I think it's unfair to not have access to the rooftop over a few asinine individuals. Also, I take the stairs a lot and someone set off a fire extinguisher on the first level over a week ago and still has not been cleaned up.
It’s amazing. I really enjoy the gym the downstairs (which is fairly empty most of the time), as well as all the special accommodations to make college feel so easy for students.
There were a few maintenance issues but other than that I’m very pleased with the amenities and services offered. The maintenance respond fairly quickly and they’ve been very helpful.

Everyone has been super nice and welcoming. People have stopped to help me as I moved in and had stuff in my hands. People have also have said hi a lot.

The move in process was extremely easy and couldn’t recommend enough!! The staff was very friendly and were able to help with all of the questions that I had!
I just moved into the Oliv and all I have to say is WOW!! Everything was so easy! The movers took your stuff up right to your room and even unloaded it for you, and everything was so well organized. I was extremely impressed!

I love it here. All the amenities are beautiful. The apartment is so modern and nice. All the appliances are nice and new. Closet is a great size too.

Moving in was very easy but the washing machine didn't work. The room is very nice and the kitchen but the living room is not what I expected.

Move in was spectacular! I moved in during Oliv's Elevate move in and my personal belongings were brought to my room by movers. Food and gifts were provided throughout the day. The unit was much larger than I expected and came with nice appliances, a comfortable mattress, many outlets, and a great view. The rooftop area was beautiful, and had many cabanas near the pool, a firepit area, a grill area, and ample seating overlooking Penn State and Downtown State College. The first floor was also very nice, and has a gym and sauna, study rooms, a comfortable lounge area, a coffee shop, and water bottle refill stations. Everything at Oliv went above and beyond.

So far so good. Desk is very helpful always. I came to them with a lot of questions and they were very helpful answering them and giving me clear answers.
I was so happy when I found this place. It’s much better than living on campus. I will definitely recommend it to other people that either attend Penn State or will in the future.
Absolutely love Oliv so far! Can’t wait to move in. Very excited to get back to school and try out the new pool and watch football games and try the coffee bar!

So far the employees have been helpful and answer phone calls and respond to emails quickly. I have yet to seen the building but the staff has been great
