About OfficeOps

We offer short and long term leases in a professional and media/arts oriented building. Several cafés, restaurants, organic food stores, and parks are all nearby and the building features spectacular rooftop views. The building is home to music and art shows, classes, workshops and special events. Our spaces have 11 foot ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and Verizon FiOS 75/75 Broadband Internet. On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. (Please note, this is the actual square feet, not the gross square footage estimates used by brokers). We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key controlled building with artists and professionals. There is laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit’s individual usage. We like to think that we have taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. Building management however does not permit parties, music rehearsal or motor-bikes in your space, or pet dogs of any kind.

Neighborhood - East Williamsburg

East Williamsburg is everything you love about living in New York -- the food, the corner shops, the never-ending nightlife, the noise, the tons of fun with a hint of grit.
